I agree with this mostly, but I believe Athena should be S tier while AMC and Xbal should switch places. Xbal brings far more to a fight than muzen does.

amc is better than xbal. xbal has harder auto attacks but his ult isn't much (a speed boost an range increase for 3 sec wow) his passive encourages aggressive play what can go very wrong (and you need to 2+3 combo for poking damages) and without the early kills it doesn't make such a difference anymore (unless normal adc build but without his mana is a pain in the *** (counts for amc too mostly early game while with xbal it's still usefull in his late game). his 1 is one of the good things allowing his basics to do even more damage. The thing he has over amc is mostly an escape and harder basics.

Amc on the other hand has a bursty damage on his ult with low CD (when you got the stinger). he has good wave clear and damaging ability on his 2 his hives give him more attack speed movement and hps and with proper placement is going to be annoying (you can juke better and escape quicker without abilities and with your 3 slow it's even quicker escaping). his 3 can be used to do some far poking and is useful for escapes or chasing. and also his passive deals some damage (minor but enough to KS (in both ways)). He does have less damage on his basic (with the same build he only got 50% of xbal basics) but he has a higher attackspeed that's makes a lot up for it (and his ult makes a lot up to it too)

I still feel Vamana could use an entire rework. His kit just feels really clunky, and that's coming from someone who's main warrior is Vamana.

Oi don't talk **** 'bout my 'mana. He's awesome in terms of late presence and is a hella load of fun to play. If you truly master him (which I haven;t yet) he can carry games all by himself and can be a complete pain to deal with.

Also, Thor is a must ban even though you can find a bunch of YT of people in Bronze or Silver dodging his ult, double tap on his 1 is very hard, his 2's stun is incredibly short, and getting away from his 3 is soooo easy. Yet Mercury is balanced when he can, crit on a huge AoE move, has a dash/throw that can screw you over if you have no cc immunity, a magnificent AS buff, and a global move that is harder to dodge. Ok... that can't be all bad right? Just one mistake?

I feel that Kali should be on par with Nemisis, while her killing potential is lacking earlygame it's not terrible and it's actually decent on whoever your mark is cause of the penetration buff but the extra experience and gold bonus more than makes up for her not getting quite so many kills... And then you hit the later part of mid game and can out duel anyone in the game with ease and can easily innitiatate like as if you were a tank so long as you focus your mark and get them.
