Arena mode is definitely fun and unique in my opinion, but it'd be a pretty bad mode to base your entire game around. It's too inconsistent, and I feel like Conquest overall is more mechanically complex and overall is a better indication of a team's skill level.

Yea, Conquest I play occasionally because it absolutely requires a lot of team coordination, strategy, and overall, probably more skill than Arena does.

It just feels sort of slow at times, I suppose.

Too True. I don't like arena, it's just... arena.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
