I like the gem skin for Loki but that's cause I hate the stupid snake thingies on his back

What if you did all the damage and the tower just took the last hit? That means your defense just stole your kill. Also it could be abused by enemy team. "Oh. I'm about to die. Best just run into the tower to deny him his money. Awesome!"

It's best the way it is.

And don't get me started on all the cheap tricks invaders do to get kills in Dark souls. "Hmm I'm just gonna go stand behind this boss minion while I eat a sammi. GL doing anything. bahahaha "

yeah i dont buy that. no hirez was the one who redesigned her into this. if tencent asked for changing nu wa then hirez is still the one who created this monstrosity.

Yes Hirez are the one who is resposible for making the abilities. Its just like in the army:

-The Captain commands a squad to take a look in that corner

-The squad doesnt know what to do in the corner because they have no idea what to do in the corner

-So the squad will make their own strategy.

(Moral lesson here is, it's the squad responsible for making decisions so when they rise as a high ranked soldier they make good decisions in future, so the captain here is teaching the squads).

So yeah Hirez is responsible for Nu Wa.

would make it different from the other mobas but then games will play out longer probably
