Its literally "Hell". When you pick her she even says "Hell".

Whenever you pick a character in the match lobby, they say their name like it's supposed to be pronounced.

For example, He Bo is pronounced Hub Wa. When you pick him in the match lobby, he'll say "Hub Wa".

As a Chinese Mandarin speaker, "Hub Wa" isn't how you pronounce it either...

It's supposed to be pronounced "Huh buhwhoa" (if my rough pronounciation is correct)

Well, I just stated that that is how Smite presumes the pronunciation is and for most gods the pronunciation is correct.

How exactly did he say you pronounce Hel? It seems like a very straightforward three letter pronunciation.
