New Patch Notes
"In Assault, you can now purchase a “re-roll” of your randomly selected god for 250 favor (or 25 gems). This is done in the match lobby."

So I play ***ualt a fair amount as I do ARAMS on League. For anyone who hasn't played ARAMs on league its the same as Assault but you earn 're-roll points' whenever you play an aram, up to two re-rolls.

So Ive been waiting for something like this for a while and now we have it, but we have to pay :/

Whats your thoughts on this?

I'm fine with the paying. I play Assault more than any game mode, and as such, I've gotten used to playing every god in the game, so I really can't see myself using the re-roll too much. Hopefully, it would have people use the system a bit more conservatively. Will just have to see.

Who cares about the assault change.

They nerfed the mid camps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But on a side note. If someone cares enough to get a god they want and have to pick assault to do so. Hi rez will bring in the cash. xD

Those who play a lot of Assault probably care.

Though, honestly, I actually don't, lol. I could have lived with or without the re-roll thing. I'll more than likely rarely use it.

League has the better system with earning your re-rolls and having a limited number on them.

So if other players want to waste favor/gems they can waste it, but for me I think it's a horrible system, waste of hard earned time and money.

but then again ARAM on smite sucks ive never liked it.

Assuming you can't re-roll a non-healer into a healer (and viceversa) and assuming there will be a limit to re-rolls/ match, this is a decent feature to avoid losing before the match before it even starts (no CC team vs CC kings or 5 melee physicals vs balanced comp).

But this may also be reason to lobby flaming, some people may spam "REROLL TO GET HEL, CHANG'E SUCKS" even though one is actually happy to get Chang'e in assault, or simply "REROLL BECAUSE X GOD SUCKS, REPORTED IF NOT REROLL".

And this kind of takes away Assault's typical feel. Not once have I got a god that I never/barely played and had a great time playing that god in that match and future ones as well.

P.S. Unless Bacchus, I will most likely never use this thing.
