Sorry about the triple post, but I'll organize all of my thoughts into one post.

Nemesis: I dislike the art and general post and attire, etc, for reasons already stated. I will be blunt here - she is no warrior. She is an assassin, with an assassin's kit. In the video, everyone was also building her assassin.

I'm bothered about her passive and the way it'll work with Red Buff and a full power build. Christ, it looks like she'll be the only god who could actually use Hydra's Demise.

Her dash is actually pretty neat. Slice and Dice seems odd, being a CC ability with 100% scaling. Regardless of whether or not the CC is effective, it still feels like an odd design choice. What is interesting is that it deals more effective damage than Slice and Dice.

Retribution will be completely overpowered if the shield breaks but still absorbs hard CC abilities. spirit's tempest will result in instant death for Ao and instant life for Nemesis.

Divine Judgement has the potential to be incredibly overpowered. The movement speed is fine, the damage is ugly but I can accept it, but stealing 50% protections? Use it on the tank, you suddenly become a tank yourself and you can rip apart the enemy squishies.

I don't like how pretty much her entire kit scales - I'm sick of every god being a carry. And she's a carry, make no mistake.

Edit: Now that I think about it, her 50% slow seems overpowered; being a ranged, near-undodgeable ability that is nearly a root.

The skins are nice, I like the golden change.

I'm not optimistic about the changes to matchmaking. I'm too cynical for that.

Hand of the Gods has not been properly nerfed. All they did was making jungling harder. Supports and Solo laners are still locked into it because it still pushes like a *****, and still is too good for clearing jungle camps.

I'm glad about the Agni nerf. But oh my ****ing god, why do they have to make everyone and everything less counterable? Seriously, Thanatos' Death Scythe - Soul Reap combo will be impossible to dodge.

And while I know this was a general change oriented toward ALL gods, why, oh why, did Zeus get an indirect buff from this? Why didn't they at least nerf him in some way, for balance's sake?

Overall, I'm lukewarm about this patch, but I still look forward to playing Nemesis.

It has a lot of uses, but I can see people using it to either keep Nemesis alive, or to engage in a fight and have the upper edge for one second.

Remember that her Ultimate will not kill, and it will only affect one person. Her abilities do much do a considerable amount of damage, so the Ultimate will pretty much only be used to gain the upper edge on one (just one) person.

With Titan's Bane, Jotunn's Wrath, enemies without any physical protection items will have roughly 40-ish protections. Going by the formula, you can expect enemies hit by her ultimate to take 50 x (100/100+40) = 35% of their current health as damage. NORMALLY I wouldn't have any problems with this, but her ultimate also halves their protections and Qin's Sais exist right now. In addition, her ultimate STEALS speed, not slowing them, so I don't think winged wand or sprint would do anything to her.

But this is all on paper. I predict that she will be incredibly overpowered late game, pathetic early game. Another Mercury.

The most ridiculous thing about nemesis i think is the duration on that ult. The debuff lasts only 5 seconds which I guess I'm sort of fine with. But Nemesis carries the buff she stole for TEN seconds that's crazy. Build full assassin, cast it on the tank gg. She'll hit harder than just about anyone else and take it just as well. I'm terrified to see what she can do with creeping or weakening curse on her pummel the entire team into a bloody pulp by herself.

*anyone know the duration of Odin's ult? i tired a Google search but it wasn't terribly helpful. just so we can get a scale of how long that 10 seconds of terror is.

Bart said specifically that this combo would not work; Nemesis will not gain infinite health and Thanatos would not die instantly. I'm not sure how though; they said that hard CC breaks but is still affected by the shield. Maybe they're going to say that Hovering Death pierces everything.

And that design is just horrid. Where the hell did Nemesis assemble her outfit?

Nemesis: Okay fishnets, a corset (forgive me if I'm wrong i have no idea what that thing is) that barely contains my tits + it looks like it came out of Assassin's creed and you know what *#@! it I'll throw in a hood. Wait.... I'm supposed to be a warrior? and I'm almost naked? no look you see here shoulder pads, I'm totally protected.

Tyr & Odin: (decked out in a mix of plate and leather) .........

Apparently breasts= WIN
Can't cut them breasts iron they are

i don't like the fact that her shield mitigates all damage its almost like a second ult really! if anything it should mitigate a percentage of damage not the whole lot.

Would it hurt that much to have some designs similar to DOTA? I mean no fantasy game can ever say they create female characters without the intention of sex appeal but DOTA and hell even LOL releases more than a few serious skins.
Alight this one I admit is pretty bad but of all the heroes DOTA has released this is about as sexual as it gets

Now these are girls I'd be scared of a bit to fight. With Smite's females I'd probably just go home and start fapping
