hello guys.

i have been trying to post everywhere so everyone who have this problem get the solution

i will not say this would be always solution cause hi-rez should fix this problem,!!

why i said temporarily cause i don't think people will pay money in order to have software work every month.

this is what i have post in smite forum.

in order to play smite without stucking at match loading screen. you need either of these two software

the first one is for free if u register for 1 GB then u have to buy.

i never could play smite cause of this problem until i have tried this method and it did work/. it is temporarily solution until hi-rez fix the problem

now i use hide my *** and i did buy for 1 month plan, and it work for me great i can play smite with no problem, desbite yesterday forgot to turn it on in one game so i stucked at match loading screen, i closed smite and turned the program on and connected with it, when i loged in in entered the game with no problem,

let me know if u tried this one and what happen with you

it is legit mate, i have use it, i did bought plan for a one month 11$ costed me, :)

and i'm playing with no problem at all :) no more stuck at loading match screen

So why is the site called hidemy***.com then.... Why not smiteproblemfix.com or something like that?

lol good question.. to answer u on the following,

but first i couldn't go to the website don't know .

1- i have been trying to find solution everywhere but i couldn't and no one is helping cause no one have the answer,

2- i found out when i turned of my router and logged to the internet through my phone internet the game did go through and did not stuck at match loading screen.

i did most demand on
- reset router,
- reinstall the game
- deleted the game and install it again
- validate ,
- restart server
and none of these did work .

but i was like if it did work with my phone internet, then!! it is not a fault of my pc as most people said that.

so i searched in google ( hide my ip )

and i got more than one choice but these 2 the only one i have tried,

and the other one www.hidemy***.com is legit and good comments about it
so i bought 1 month plan

and since ever i do not stuck at match loading screen.

and this is the only solution i have found so i could play the game without stuck at match loading screen,

hi-rez so far didn't solve the problem and they have not find a solution yet.

i did have 2 weeks couldn't play the game at all, only practice arena and that pissed me off, and i didn't wanna play dota 2 anymore, cause just piss me off long story ,,

so i know people will be happy to know there is something that could let them play the game.

cause i was frustrated so much cause i couldn't play.

so now i can and i'm happy that i have found temporarily solution for this problem :D

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is a known issue that we are working on a solution for.

Keep an eye out for the patch notes for when this is fixed.

and when u look to the latest patch,

they have put note, of possibility fix connection at match loading screen ( possibility ) so it didn't work that option still tho i guarantee this is the most effective solution to not stuck at match loading screen :)

if u guys did try it, let me know the result

another thing i did have the setup tool fix!!

didn't work either for this problem,!!

it is something has to do with the ip!! but i can't tell what,

i went inside my router and turned of firewall, nothing did work, reset my router, turned off firewall from antivirus, and antivirus it self turned it off, i tried a lot of things but nothing seem to be working

note that when i loged in with my phone internet, the firewall was on!!!

so it has nothing to do with firewall, or router or blah blah, it is something with the ip,,

that why the tech of hi-rez should really fix the problem, no mention that this problem been long long time !! and a lot of people stop playing this game because of this stupid error, bug whatever u name it

I never had this problem at all.

Maybe you downloaded 64 bit when 32 bit would work better, or the other way around?
Or you kept using your bandwidth to much and your net gets to slow to actually get a decent FPS.

I have no idea how would a "IP blocker/hider" would help with that kind of "Problem" (To explain what it really does: It hides your real IP and gives you a "Fake" one. Either an IP that belongs in your country or in another country). Your just basically hiding yourself from outside connections. Which doesn't really matter since HiRez they can't and wont do anything to your computer at all. It wont hide your account that's for sure. But will hide your IP that's using the account, which also means nothing to them.

But! If you have a lot of devices connecting to the same IP address (The internet connect your using) your net will severely slow down. If your using a public connect then that must be your problem. That or you have to many stuff open that's also connected to your net.

i will total agree with u 100% but sorry to disagree. cause let say my phone internet is not that high as my pc,

dude i play call of duty ghost online, i play most games that required internet speed .!!

i don't think this is a problem, and i have a high speed internet, !!

sec it worked with my phone internet, while steam working on my phone, emails,. skype, and whatsaap and viper and tango , ETC..

lol and the internet speed lest so much than my router internet, !!

sec, i agree with u that why in the hell that hiding ip would make it work! i really don't know that what the hi-rez should figure it out ,!!
dude i have changed my router i bought a new one and the problem still there, !!

that is weird,

but whenever i have install that program to hide my ip the game working fine!!

by the way no mention that i have played with the same router and internet!!! so we are missing a point here !!

if it does not accepting my internet how come it does when i hide my ip!!! same internet and router!!

I forgot to mention. What the proxy really does is give you a "Fake" IP. Hiding your real IP in the process. It must of gave you an IP that's close to Smite's server location. Alloying you to connect easily to the game. But consider my other solution. If to many devices are connected while your playing. Things will slow down. OR your just connected to a bad server. Try switching between NA, EU etc. If that doesn't work I guess you just live VERY far from both those servers for your internet to actually make a decent connection. So really a proxy is good for you.
