Poseidon, Agni, and He Bo are top tier, because they all have waveclear, damage, and a form of CC or escape. Seriously though, their damage is stupid.

Ra, Ao Kuang, and Anubis are next. They don't do well in trades simply because their squishy as hell, but their instantaneous waveclear and hard-to-avoid harass is simply annoying. They are still viable.

Hel I do not place in mid, because while it isn't a bad place, she fits more of the support role niche. However, with her mobility, ability to avoid incoming CC, and sustain, she can beat a god or two.

Chang'E and Chronos are unranked, simply because they don't see enough competitive play to make them noticible. IMO, both are in between top/2nd tier, because they have waveclear, dueling potential, a reset button (Moonlight Waltz / Rewind), and either short cooldowns (CHang'E), or the ability to do stuff in between cooldowns (Chronos's Auto Attack)

Isis has fallen far out of play since her many nerfs. Good players will still keep her doing well, but if you avoid the ball, you basically win at this point.

Zeus is a very good champion, but has difficulty in this meta, as he can't solo lane with no waveclear, versus the mages that all have waveclear. He gets pushed to his turret and loses, despite that he's one of the best dueling mages in the game.

Zhong Kui is unranked - not enough experience to produce a verdict yet. I'm assuming he's in top tier: he has sustain, waveclear, chasing potential, a slow, a stun, high base damages, high ratios, and a ridiculously good ult.

What I find amusing for Poseidon's character is that he is one of the best at "turning the tides." Attacking him can very quickly bring you from 100% to 0.

Ra I say. All the time ra. Push with ur one and evade with ur passive for any skills the other gods use at you and attack along with the minions after u deal with the enemy minions.

Ra is a good pusher but that's it. 80% of his damage is his waveclear, AND it's avoidable. It's so easy to harass him past that, and he's very...meh in teamfights. But that's just my opinion, anyway. At least he has sustain.

Ra one is real deadly if you know how to anticipate your enemies movement. Especially using his ulti like that. It's stupid just to aim right where the enemy is standing if ur far from them. I've always done that and 80% of the time my skills always hit them. Especially my ulti. So ya. That's how Ra owns mid :P

Also. Hades is great at mid. Just focus at the god with a 1 2 combo so that they cant retaliate while you run after u hit them. Just make sure your 1 actually debuffs them to use ur 2 if not then they'll just be silenced for 1 second and that's not enough for you to get away.

Oh I'm not saying he isn't a good god, nor that he's unviable. He just doesn't run mid. SO many gods beat him - Poseidon, Agni, He Bo, Chang'E, etc etc etc

SmiteFire & Smite
