One things for certain. His the only god that can clap with his ulti. So you can actually applaud someone! :D

With his ult does it do a good amount of damage and can it go through walls?

No, his Ult cannot go through walls. That is one of the reasons why Ymir is his greatest counter.

I really like Mercury. His first ability is excellent and the attack speed buff is such a great late game buff. The third ability is NOT meant to do damage, guys. It is meant as an initiator/pseudo minion clear/escape.

His Ult is absolutely fantastic. It is quite fulfilling to use.

I am actually seeing him as a great solo God. I will be doing extensive testing with him and you can expect a guide coming from me.

Yeah it can't go through walls, I killed a mercury because he dashed straight into his friendly ymir's wall. It was priceless. Nothing like a wasted ult and a death to top it off.

And Mercury is definitely a good solo god, but to solo he definitely needs an early ...he has NO sustain otherwise, and you can see how bad it hurts him quickly. Otherwise, he has poke, he has a steroid, he has an escape or chase, which is tied into a gap closer, and his passive lets him stack movement speed and still be useful, making him ridiculously hard to hit for ranged gods. Not to mention his ult can always be used as another escape, as it charges very far very quickly.

I played two matches with him.

I didn't even know this damn god was out already!
I came home from working then I see hummm whats this mercury, I'm assuming its just a weekly note that he is coming soon, oh no hes already freaking here wtf!

I play two matches though

The first match I played I got owned hard because I didn't know how to use him.
His damn ult got me killed because I didn't know it passes through every god in your way.

The second match I did alright.

But one thing I did notice out of only two matches, this mofo is squishy *** hell, It seems like any damn skill someone uses on him takes at least almost half if not more hp from him forcing you to retreat.

Literally faced him in Arena as Tyr a few minutes ago. Squishy as hell and wasn't able to put a significant dent in my health after I got my physical items. Though it was amusing to see him snipe our Zeus from his spawn to our spawn. Unfortunately for him he was within tower range and there was an Anubis on our team who knew how to aim his wrap.

I really enjoy .

He is with out a doubt the god that relies on basic attack the most since his is a basic attack (it works with lifsteal, it can crit and activates items like ).

I'm pretty sure Hi-rez made the skill that way just so would be the first god that benefits from . Its amazing on him since each hit during activates the passive which can rack up a lot of damage if you use it on multiple enemies, which in turn gives him amazing farming.

I might make a guide for him since he is probably my best Assassin or at least the only one I understand the basics of :P.

is not that great. You get only one stack on your target - same like a basic attack - and you reach AS cap to fast.
