Well he does take two stand points as he does wield a staff but is very fast.

O, maybe hermes could be the first burst mage in smite!

That is very possible... Ho Bo is the closest we have to a burst mage, so an official one would be cool.

However, Hermes is a trickster, so physical damage seems more appropriate to me. Hermes' Caduceus should have a vital role in a Hermes kit. That is something that the OP could look into as well. Maybe even Hermes' winged shoes. All important to who Hermes is.

I like his ult as it is, but maybe it could act as something like Isis ult in that he throws his Caduceus in an area or maybe it could act like Universal ring toss and it bounces to ally gods and gives them a buff that lasts x/x/x/x/x amount of time and bounces 5 times? And allies in that area or are hit by the Caduceus are immune to cripple, or just CC for that matter and gain an attack and movement speed buff?

And for a passive with his Winged Boots it could be something like Slows are reduced by x% or CC lasts 15%shorter or something like that.... Just an idea tho.

Passive Update in progress... Adding 2 paths of the passive:

Passive 1:
When recieving damage from base attacks Hermes is blessed with a minor speed buff while his attacker is cursed with a minor slow

Passive 2:
Slows effect Hermes 25/50% less
