I had another thought, what if because he is sometimes described as a pickpocket I think, or something like that. As a passive it could be enemy gods in x radius lose 10 protection (or whatever type he is) and Hermes gains it.

Passive:
When Hermes touches an enemy god he has a 25% chance to steal 10 gold. Passive will have a cooldown

I would increase the fouled amount, to 50. And it should be with his basic attacks.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
