So... this Kali terrifies me.

1. Her passive is questionable. While I do not like how uncontrollable it is, I know that, assuming that Kali will most likely be playing as a Jungler, that the fear of a revenge passive will put fear into people, especially if someone kills her.

2. Her ganks will be insane. Now she has a guaranteed stun if she hits Incense, and her damage is good too.

3. THEY GAVE HER TRYNDAMERE'S ULTIMATE GOD DAMMIT.

I think that she will make an amazing Jungler.

I agree she is going to be a very scary jungler!

Also depending on the radius of her lash and leap will determine how effective her wave clear is, she could possibly be a decent solo laner with that sustain.

I like how Hi-Rez is already copping **** from the Hindu ministry thingy for portraying Kali in a pornographic way, so good 'ol Hi-Rez portrays Kali in a pornographic way again. You go Hi-Rez!
