So as some already knew Hi-rez was making a new game called paladins.

Not to call them copying but they are kinda copying Dirty bomb with making an FPS with characters with abilities.

And then kinda mesh it with something like hearthstone for the lvling of characters with a deck of cards.

And then take a bit of capture the point and spawn a siege engine to damage the enemy base (so a bit moba like)

so what do you guys think about the new game (more info here

(also tribes is getting updates again too)

Looks like it could be fun. I'll probs try it out at the very least. (Not sure if I'm willing to go back to tribes :o )

I'm currently in the beta of Paladins, and although it has some serious balance issues (no surprises there) I'm enjoying it quite a lot. Would have to say my current favorite champions are Barik and Skye.

Anyone else in the beta? :)

Green you can ask them to send a Friend Invite to the game with you. Hi Rez made this system that if your friend got Paladins, he gets to level 4 and he can invite you, by sending you a "friend-key" to your email. Ask 'em for the hookups bro !

As long as I get no Overwatch access I see no reason not to :P The game's fun, it's just a bit of a shame that they decided not to bother making it look any better (for now).

I agree on that notion. I would be much more inclined to play Paladins if I had better graphics options available to me. As it stands the graphics they have integrated within the game look like the average "low" or "Medium" graphics of most other modern games. It's quite a shame really.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
