Start 1: Deaths Toll and chalice of health/multi pots
Start 2: Boots rush with teleport glyph and chalice of health/multi pots
Both starts rush Ninja Tabi. Will help with heals and power early
The late game combo of animosity and frost bound work very well late game for CC in team fights. Animosity is a support starter so you can buy it at level 17, as soon as possible (this is when your damage comes online)
- Toxic blade pairs well with animosity
- Only buy spectral if crit is carrying damage
Sell boots for toxic if there is any healing at all on enemy team, you can buy earlier for Shifters and then buy shifters for boots later if needed
Void Shield if against physical gods
Pestilence if against magical gods (antiheal item, if bought don't buy toxic blade)
Tap each threat level to view Amaterasu’s threats
I tend to max out this ability last because the biggest advantage to it is the heals. Always use this ability in the solo lane if not full. Blue buff will keep giving you mana so don't worry about that. Having said that, always remember to go into a fight with the damage aura and leave with the speed.
I max this ability out first because the clear with the line attack is very good if you prock the ability with auto attacks. If you ult, use this ability right before to maximize damage output
Not much to this ability, use mainly as an escape but can be used to follow up on a kill. Silences as well, can be used to block gods ability's mid way through
Cone with three strikes. Each one doing more damage then the last, hit just one nothing happens for hit a few and it will slow and stun on the second and third. Use with your one for maximum damage
Always hit an enemy three times with auto attacks before using a ability, her passive will increase the damage from all sources on her enemy making it very useful in team fights

To clarify the difference in the starts better, I would put "Start 1" to correlate to "Build 1" and add a "Start 2" for "Build 2". At the moment (although it is clarified in the notes) it looks like you're suggesting to start with Death's Toll and Magic Shoes ( Combat Boots).
I don't really suggest Berserker's Shield right now because after it's nerf it isn't really cost efficient. If they just upped the cost it would be okay but they also decreased the stats on it which has really weakened it.
Always max the 1 before the 3. You don't use the 3 for damage potential you use it for mobility, whereas the 1 provides a lot more utility to you overall.
To adjust the builds accordingly, I would recommend:
Start 1 - Death's Toll, Chalice of Healing, Multi Potions
Build 1 - Ninja Tabi > Shifter's Shield > Frostbound Hammer > Shogun's Kusari Void Shield > Death's Embrace > Swap boots for Qin's Sais / Toxic Blade
Start 2 - Combat Boots, Chalice of Healing, Multi Potions, teleport glyph
Build 2 - Ninja Tabi > Shifter's Shield > Frostbound Hammer > shogun's kuari > animosity > Void Shield > Swap boots for Qin's Sais / Toxic Blade
Talisman of Energy is still a good item, but you get enough HP from Frostbound, Void and Starter Upgrade and without the Berserker's Shield the attack speed overall is inconsistent and feels better with Shogun's.
