Slowly purchase your way up to these items. You can get any relics you want. It is also best to have auto-leveling on for your skills.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
SMITEFire is the place to find the perfect build guide to take your game to the next level. Learn how to play a new god, or fine tune your favorite SMITE gods’s build and strategy.

If it's non-Conquest, starting Attacker's Blessing is fine, though you could also opt to skip it. You can then proceed with Ninja Tabi, Hastened Katana, Stone Cutting Sword, and then follow with The Executioner and Qin's Sais in whichever order you prefer, though you could sub out Exe with Atalanta's Bow. This leaves you with 2 items left (replace Blessing, replace Tabi). You'd probably consider Odysseus' Bow or Toxic Blade (if you need anti-heal), and perhaps Bloodforge (or for tough CC/burst situations consider Magi's Cloak or Mantle of Discord.
For Conquest, Golden Blade is a pretty essential early item that you'd usually pick up to help with early jungle camp clear. You'd start Assassin's Blessing plus Katana, and build Katana immediately into Golden Blade. Then you could decide to go straight into Hastened Katana or Stone Cutting Sword, or get Ninja Tabi and then those items. The build order isn't set that way, choose what you feel will get you the best results.
Essentially, in Conq, you'd want all of Golden Blade, Hastened Katana, Stone Cutting Sword, and Qin's Sais. Things open up from there, and you can consider Atalanta's Bow or The Executioner, Odysseus' Bow, Serrated Edge, Berserker's Shield, Bloodforge, Magi's Cloak, Mantle of Discord, and Toxic Blade (not in any specific order).
Again, things are pretty interchangeable. Here's Weak3n without GB (rushes HK), gets an early O-Bow, and chooses Atalanta's.
Incon in this match opts to get GB first, skips Ninja, gets a very late HK, and was replacing his blessing with BF.
You forgot to add an item to replace Attacker's Blessing.
My suggestion:
Attacker's Blessing > Hastened Katana > Golden Blade > Stone Cutting Sword > The Executioner > Qin's Sais > sell blessing for Bloodforge.
