I'm very new to the game and I wanted a build mainly built around damage and life drain. One of the downsides to the build is the mana pool is fairly low and I found myself returning to spawn trying to regen mana. I hope that you enjoy the build and I hope you will give me feedback on where I should improve.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

As this build seems to be for current season (S4), I want to comment on a couple of main points.
Cerberus can deal a good amount of damage via his Paralyzing Spit (if all 4 hit), but he is a Guardian and is much more effective being built at least semi-tanky (aka bruiser). You do SORT of mix a bit of protections in, but it's not enough, and these types of gods aren't true damage dealers, so it's not best to get offensive lifesteal ( Bancroft's Talon)...you could consider Pythagorem's Piece since it has a group aura effect.
In addition, building Rod of Tahuti 2nd is really not efficient. It's super expensive and the passive benefits you the more power you already have built. For these reasons, it's usually built later...usually 5th or 6th.
An item like Toxic Blade requires you to hit enemies up to 3 times to gain full anti-heal stacks, and this god is NOT a basic attacker, he's ability-based. You need CDR to use abilities more often, and you have none in this build.
Not really sure what you did with your skill leveling, but each skill can be leveled to 5...you've got...8 levels in Spit, 4 in Soul, and 3 in Torment...just pointing that out.
Standard builds for Cerberus will usually see the use of Shoes of Focus or Reinforced Shoes, Breastplate of Valor, Void Stone, Spirit Robe / Mantle of Discord, Pestilence, Pythagorem's Piece, Genji's Guard, etc...
Also, Chance asks in your other comment if you've tried Book of Thoth or Warlock's Sash. Suggest against doing that...not optimal for him...
Hope this helps.
