Cupid fires an arrow of love at the target, causing damage when it hits and slowing them. After a short time, the targets heart explodes, dealing the damage again to the target and all enemies within the radius. If Cupid has max Heart Stacks then all enemies in the explosion area are Stunned for 1s. Minions take 55% increased damage from Heart Bomb.

Cupid fires arrows of love at his ground target location, slowing enemies in the area and crippling them, preventing movement abilities. The arrows grow and explode, dealing damage and Mesmerizing enemies. Any damage done breaks the Mesmerize effect. If Cupid has max Heart Stacks the Mesmerize duration is doubled.

Ability Type: Circle, Crowd Control, Damage
Damage: 200 / 280 / 360 / 440 / 520 (+100% of your Physical Power)
Slow: 30%

Cooldown: 100s

Team Work

ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOUR TEAM PROTECT AND SUPPORT YOU BEACUSE YOU HAVE A GOOD ESCAPE BUT YOU ARE VERY SQUISHY

Items

Bloodforge: great life steal (I prefer Bloodforge because devourer `s gloves have more attack but I prioritize lifesteal)

Ninja Tabi: move speed and cooldown

Rage: its a very good item because if you don`t hit a crit, your critical strike chance increases by 10% (max. 5 stacks). Resets on successful crit.

Deathbringer: increase your damage when you hit a crit

Titan`s Bane: ANTI TANK

Malice: to increase the damage of the crit

Pros / Cons

Pros:

really good stun
fantastic ulti
good escape

Cons:

squishy
low damage if you dont know how to use him
a lot of cooldown

Skills

heart bomb: its the best way to enter into a fight... more if you have full the passive

share the love: it has a good sustain of health and mana because if you pick up the hearts, your life is going to regenerate, but if an allie pick up the heath, your mana is going to regenerate

Flutter: only serves to escape or to initiate

Fields of Love: if you throw it, and the enemy is in the middle, and your passive is full, you will stun him and you are going to remove a lot of life

The Math has been done (not by me) but yes Malice is statistically better than Rage (meaning Malice has higher dps on average)

I don't want to be the first one to have to say this, but... This is more of just a build than a guide. You really need to add a lot more information to this.

You mentioned Flutter is only used for an escape, but from my usage of Cupid it is also an extremely great way to initiate. Simply just Flutter past the enemy. Turn around and then use Heart Bomb followed by Fields Of Love.

Also you shouldn't just tell people to build in any order. From my use of Cupid I would say to just completely remove Frostbound Hammer. Compared to an item like Qin's Sais it is almost useless. Plus you don't need to slow them when you are almost always initiating with the stun followed by the mesmerize from your ultimate.

I also would prefer Malice> Rage. It just seems like I crit more often with Malice. Guess someone will come in here and do all the math to prove a point, but I definitely don't feel like it.

Instead of Bloodforge I think that devourer's gloves work better. Especially for early game. They are cheap and when finished have very high damage and lifesteal. I know that Bloodforge has a higher damage potential. However, after you finally get the Bloodforge passive built all the way(which is what you need to surpass devourer's gloves) you have lost the damage in the first 3 hits that you had lower power. Plus most enemies will cringe by that fifth hit.

Those are just my opinions.
