Buy these when you first spawn.
Buy boots when you first back, if you need to back before you have 1600 gold, it's ok. Get tier 2 boots if so.
Bloodforge can be great if you love diving into the whole enemy team just to get one pick, this can help you get out. Replace crusher.
Arondight for if there are gods who can become invisible.
Talaria boots if you prefer them for speed.

An idea of what to do
When you spawn pick buy the starting items that I showed in the build above. Some people choose to buy fewer potions and get the hand of the gods consumable. When items are bought go over to your speed camp and with you mid laner. Use your One Thousand Cuts to clear the camp. After the camp is cleared hit the jungle shrine and get the harpie camp.
After clearing harpies, head to the blue buff and make sure that the solo lane player will get the exp from the camp. Go to the mid lane and if your mid laner is out clearing the enemy mid lane, go get their red buff, if not get your red buff. Clear the mid exp camp and at this point, I see if I can gank duo lane, this usually goes well. Rinse and repeat this, looking for ganks and clearing camps. This is a very simple guide on what to do; things change every game; this is a great start.

And since you got jotunn's you can still build it 3rd if healing was a bigger problem than expected. (it will delay the powerspike hydra's give but for antiheal it's often worth it)
