Welcome to my 
Nu Wa god guide! My friend made up this build and this is what we use for Nu Wa. Hope you enjoy!
Mysterious Fog, is a ground target skill where a circle of fog rolls forward. She and all allies are invisible while inside the fog, and have increased movement speed. If you attack you are no longer invisible. Enemies inside the fog take damage. The damage done by her fog is based on her magical power.
Clay Soldiers, summon clay soldiers that attack enemies. Enemies hit by their initial charge will take damage and have their magical protections reduced. They will prioritize on enemies damaging Nu Wa. The soldiers have health equal to 200 plus 20% of Nu Wa's maximum health.
Shining Metal, launches a mass of shining metal damaging all enemies it hits. If it hits one of her Clay Soldiers the soldier explodes, dealing additional damage and stunning enemies. Damage done by direct hit and soldier explosion increase by her magical power.
Fire Shards, summons fire shards from the sky to damage all enemies. She flies into the air, avoiding the fighting happening on the ground. The damage done is based on her magical power. Nu Wa's basic attacks.
Mysterious Fog to damage and slow the enemy. Then, send Clay Soldiers after them, followed by Shining Metal to stun the enemy and do extra damage. Clay Soldiers and Shining Metal together to take advantage of the stun and minion explode damage. Nu Wa's ultimate, Fire Shards.
Shoes of Focus. They give you magical power, mana, cooldown reduction, and movement speed.
Book of Thoth. It gives you magical power, mana, and MP5. You also permanently gain 10 mana per stack-5 stacks for a god kill and 1 stack for a minion kill, max 75 stacks-and 3% of you mana is converted to magical power.
Spear of the Magus. It gives you magical power and magical penetration. Also, when you enemies are hit by your damaging abilities their magical protection is reduced by 10 for 5 seconds.
Rod of Tahuti. It gives you magical power and MP5 as well as increasing magical power by 25%.
Pythagorem's Piece gives magical power, magical lifesteal, and cooldown reduction. Gem of Isolation gives magical power, health, mana. With this item, enemies hit by your damaging abilities move 25% slower for 2 seconds. Obsidian Shard gives you magical power and you gain 33% magical penetration. Pythagorem's Piece is good for extra cooldowns and lifesteal. Get this item if you are staying back while playing as Nu Wa. Obsidian Shard is good if you prefer to fight more up close and in the fight with other gods. Get Gem of Isolation to be a little less squishy and a little bit more powerful.
Breastplate of Valor gives you physical protection, cooldown reduction, and mana.
Rod of Asclepius gives you magical power, health, and movement speed. It also increases the healing and health regeneration of you and your allies within 70 units by 25%. This is a good item to have if you have a healer on your team, like 
Aphrodite.
Fire Shards can be easily blocked Shining Metal can be hard to hit Clay Soldiers with at times Nu Wa is a great mage and very simple to use.
Clay Soldiers updated with prioritization on enemies damaging Nu Wa.
