2.Qins or Rage (whichever you feel like based on your own personal playstyle)
3.Qins or Rage (whichever one you did not go with for your second item)

At this point in the match with just these 3 items you should be a force to be reckoned with. Push and farm as much as possible and try to stay ahead in levels

4.Bloodforge (This item is your only defense, get kills to stay alive and stack up the streak)
5.Envenomed Deathbringer (If the enemy team is underleveled and not hitting very hard, build this before bloodforge. This item really scales up the damage from crit strikes and ensures that even the fastest of gods cannot escape izzys wrath)

Around this point in time you should be lvl 20 and should max out your starter item before building boomerang

Description

This is a hard hitting fast moving build designed to rule in arena, joust, and slash. Especially effective against tanks. This build is easily killed by mages but can very quickly knock them out of the game if you can get close enough before dying.

Build Order

1.Hunters Cowl
2.Qins or Rage (whichever you feel like based on your own personal playstyle)
3.Qins or Rage (whichever one you did not go with for your second item)

At this point in the match with just these 3 items you should be a force to be reckoned with. Push and farm as much as possible and try to stay ahead in levels

6.Bladed Boomerang (this items only purpose is extra crit chance. Most games end before you even think about buying it)

Skills

Use Spectral Projection and then Sickle storm. Save your dash to escape. Use your ult on large groups of enemy's during team battles, after dashing if your still being chased, or to finish escaping enemies

Use Spectral Projection to clear wave,Use Sickle Storm to quickly shred Camps, Jugs, Towers, Phoenixes etc.

Only use your dash to push an enemy if they are alone and you know you can take them down quickly. Without your dash this build is very easily killed.

Temper / Ornate > Bloodforge / Devo's > Demon Blade > Boomerang > Deathbringer > Dominance for a better ADC build

Beads, Aegis for relics, none of this sprint nonsense. And certainly no chalices.

Oh hey, Ornate's back in style? If you did Ornate, you'd drop one of Demon or Boomerang though, right?

As of right now, this is a build that's lacking and has issues in multiple ways. While all the items in your build are situationally functional and can provide high damage, there are other issues at play.
  • Lifesteal: it's technically okay that you have 2 lifesteal items (Hunter's Cow and Bloodforge, it's less okay when you are lacking in other key items. More than anything else, that missing element is penetration.

  • Pen: You have 0 penetration throughout your entire build. That speaks to a lack of understanding of item stats. If you choose no other item, 1 main pen item will greatly help your damage output. Both Dominance and The Executioner can act as this item; both have their benefits. Dom has % pen and can increase your damage against structures, but only applies on basic attacks. Exe requires basic attack stacks to apply its % protection reduction, but after stacks are built any physical damage will benefit. % protection reduction won't apply to structures, but will apply for the group to objectives such as the Gold Fury and Fire Giant.

Alternatively, you could try to get some through a couple of different, lower pen items. E.g. instead of Bladed Boomerang, you could go for Demon Blade which applies 10% pen once you crit, and then consider a second % pen item such as Silverbranch Bow, which for a god with high AS steroids such as Iza can see its passive utilized well.

  • Crit: You're situationally overcapping crit chance, depending on how many stacks of Boomerang you have. I suggest dropping Rage or Boomerang and slotting a different item in that gap.

  • Build order: Qin's Sais is a mid/late-game item. You want a high AS base in order to get more out of its passive, which applies per hit. In your build, the only AS you'll have at that point is Leather Cowl and your passive.

I do see in your notes that you state to get Qin's/Rage or Rage/Qin's as preferred as item #2/3, but I don't understand why you wouldn't show the general build order appropriately. You have Deathbringer as 3rd item, but you state to get it 5th and Bloodforge 4th, with Boomerang last. I suggest showing items in the general order you recommend, as not everyone will check your notes.

  • Relics: Your starting items show Heavenly Wings and Wing Shard. Shard is fine, but as most would say, Beads is always going to be your recommended 1st relic. Wings as 1st relic is not a good suggestion.

  • Consumables: Don't get the chalices. You can consider Oracle late-game if you don't have gold to spend elsewhere, but don't ever pick up the healing or mana chalices.

  • Skill order: I'll acknowledge here that you've identified this as a build meant for non-Conquest modes (you mention arena, joust, and slash). That said, in some situations you can adjust how you build and in what order you level abilities. Since Iza's basic attacks are extremely effective at wave-clear, you can forego leveling the 2 first as long as you don't need to worry about faster clear. Getting your 1 up ASAP can then help with boxing enemy gods.

That said, after level 8/9 (maybe you're looking to point skip? Doesn't make sense though when you could just put a point into your 3 at level 8 and then max out the 1 at level 9) it ends up looking all somewhat random. There should be a purpose to this and I don't really know what it is.
In the end, there are a few builds I would suggest to improve this. You could try for Starter -> Asi -> Demon -> Boomerang -> DB -> Dom (with a possibility of switching Dom and Boomerang positions). You could try BF in place of Asi there. If you kept Cowl as your starter, you could consider foregoing any other lifesteal and pick up a later Qin's Sais.

As I mentioned earlier, you could try for something like Starter -> Asi -> Demon -> Silver -> DB -> Boomerang. You'll get 20% pen through Demon + Silver, you'll get situationally 70-100% crit chance, and all items except DB will provide AS to help with AS overcap for Silver. In this situation, you can go either Hunter's Cowl or Death's Temper as your starter/upgrade.

But as it stands, I don't recommend this build.
