Hello everyone, this will be a guide on how to play 
Susano.
This is not a specialized build or guide for any one type of game mode, but more of an all rounded type. In this guide I will be explaining what Items to buy and why, and how to use his ability rotation.
Hope this helps.
There is no skill sequence at the moment as there is no option for his ultimate so I will be updating the guide once its be added.
His rotation that has been most effective for me is pretty straight forward and works really well for fighting most gods. will be using AA for Auto Attack
Start with 
Wind Siphon then AA then 
Jet Stream then (if needed) 
Typhoon, then AA, then teleport with Jet Stream, then 
Storm Kata then finish them with AA if they are still alive. Repeat this rotation as needed to kill your target.
I will quickly be putting in the odder that I level up his skills.

Here I will go over each item, in my main build, and why I purchased it.
Warrior Tabi : Power and movement speed which are key
Jotunn's Wrath : Power, pen, movement, CDR, and mana. Need I say more.
Breastplate of Valor : Physical protection so your able to fight longer, mana and CDR.
Bulwark of Hope : Magical protection, Health and CCDR. So that you have better sustain against mages. The passive also gives you a nice shield when things go wrong.
Bloodforge : Life steal and lots of power. This item is kinda broken right now and gives a really big power spike in damage and the life steal plus the shield off the passive are great for sustain. Movement speed is also a plus
Wind Demon: Power and Crit. Means you can hit most people really hard. The new passive also gives you attack speed and movement speed on crits which help with chasing down targets and killing them.
Now as for the reason I do not have 
Transcendence is due to the fact that Susano is not very good at farming early game. His only good minion clear is Strom Kata and that is also an escape and his core damage dealing skill. I find you end up AA way to much to clear and causes you to take to much unneeded damage and be vulnerable to ganks. Transcendence is a great item but I dont think it works as well with Susano as the other items I have chosen.
