You can change Odysseus'Bow for Toxic Blade if you are against lifestealer ro healer.
Animosity is forgotten item that is pretty good for hunters, first you have a lot of health, secondly you burst towers and objectives(you can do that only with Manikin's) really fast, third you can upgrade Animosity at Lv15 and it gives you big advantage(more health, structures and objectives damage)against the other players.
Ishtar, Queen of Heaven and mistress of love and war, is a goddess
of many and diverse facets. A dispenser of divine justice, she
strikes down all those who would dare defy the gods, even as she
zealously protects those who worship her. Brave and cunning;
caring and spiteful; Ishtar is all these things and more.
She moves from conquest to conquest, never resting - never
satisfied. By turns capricious and determined, Ishtar is loyal only to
her own designs..though what those designs might be are never
wholly clear, even to her worshippers.
When the gods first came into being, each was blessed with a
domain and responsibilities - all save Ishtar. Incensed by this
oversight, Ishtar stole the sacred mes from Enki, lord of the waters,
after challenging him to a drinking contest. Infuriated by her
impudence, Enki sent legions of monsters to reclaim his power,
but all failed. Ishtar defeated them one by one, and earned Enki's
grudging respect in the process. With her newfound power, Ishtar soon set her sights on fresh
challenges and conquests. She claimed the temples of her father,
Anu, as her own and destroyed Mount Ebih, considering its natural
beauty an affront to her authority. She even escaped from the
underworld, and it was she who spoke on mankind's behalf when
Enlil sought to drown humanity in a great deluge.
But perhaps the most well-known tale of Ishtar is how, having
taken offense at Gilgamesh's lack of respect, sent the Bull of
Heaven to slay the semi-divine king of Uruk. But Gilgamesh
managed to defeat the creature, and thus earned the undying
enmity of Ishtar.
Now, Ishtar has once again descended from the heavens - in
search of what, none know. But woe betide any who seek to stand
between the Queen of Heaven and that which she desires…
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

A couple things you really want to consider is that the passive damage from Animosity is applied via magical damage...and you've got no penetration supporting that (only phys protection reduction via Exe). So your damage output from Animosity is going to be reduced.
In addition, compared to other offensive starter upgrades, this provides 0 power. If you look at the rest of your build, you have another item that has 0 power Odysseus' Bow, so this build overall is a bit lacking in damage per hit.
A lot of people have been going either crit (as you mentioned above) or a bigger focus on power/pen/CDR with a hybrid-ability focus...or both.
I think grabbing Devourer's Gauntlet second (after Griffon) is a bit of a delay, and with the need to stack (which, granted, shouldn't take that long), hurts your ability to box/exchange at that point.
Finally...I honestly think T2 Griffon is pretty interesting, as it provides that MP5 to help sustain mana. It opens up some things to choose whatever starter upgrade later (or skip altogether if preferred). That said, the investment of an additional 600 gold with no health sustain at the start also means you're delaying your next completed item a bit further. Griffon, while an interesting item and something that I think can be beneficial in certain situations, isn't the best early game investment.
All in all, I think the build concept is interesting, but I don't feel it's competitive enough. With a bit more function w/ abilities (seeing pros going with items like Fail-Not, Heartseeker, Transcendence, The Crusher, etc.), I think itemizing into some of those are perhaps better suited for her. I haven't played her yet, but I play ADCs more than any other, so I feel like I've got a solid base of understanding.
Edit: It's ready now.
