Asi is a nice item to give you more lifesteal, attack speed, and some flat pen.
Qin's Sais is great for shredding through high health targets.
Toxic Blade is essential against healers.
Atalanta's Bow gives great percent penetration (if you need it) and a nice mini-haste passive.
Hastened Katana lets you stick to your enemies easier. If your slows aren't cutting it/you don't want to rely so heavily on your 3, build this.

Bloodforge will get you some extra survivability in the dangerous late game.

You pretty much want to always get these two relics. Blink for engagements since your only movement is your ult (better for escaping) and beads so you can't get locked down.

At level 1 grab your 3, you need it to at least have somewhat relevant clear. At level 2 get your 1 for the bonus damage. Level 3 is up to you; if you need/plan to gank and PvP get your 2 for the stun. If you're just going to farm, get the 3 for more camp damage. Level 4 get the 3 or upgrade 1, whichever you didn't do. Then 5 grab your ult.
The levelling order is 3,1,2,4.

So here's another small build with some tips while I work on my BIG guide that's coming (this was a request from a friend).
You want Golden Blade first item, Arachne's jungle clear is awful without it (no AoE abilities or basics).
Before the game starts, quickly buy your blessing, T1 katana, health potion and HoG and rush over to blue buff. Place down two spiders at the buff (and ask the solo laner to start blue), then hurry back to speed. With this, you can go to back Harpies and HoG to take it down fast, then you've already gotten the exp from blue so you'll hit level 2 before the midlane does. This lets you blink in and (most likely) get an early first blood, or at least invade their red buff.
Take advantage of her early game. Early and mid game Arachne is super strong, but late game she falls off hard. Your goal is to snowball, if you're just even with the enemy team you'll have a bad time late game, and if you're behind you're less than worthless. Get kills when you can, play aggressive, and rack up kills (Don't forget to farm the jungle though!)
An extra tip a lot of people don't know, while you walk on your webs you are immune to slows and get a movement speed boost, while the enemy will be slowed! You can use your 3 to potentially get away.
If you see a mage or hunter that doesn't have an escape, target them! You can and will win and can shut them down and snowball.
Ability wise, order goes 1,3,2,4. Your ult is a wonderful escape, and most of the time should be used as that. Don't use it as a chase unless you are confident you can get the kill and get out safely. For her combo, I like to use the 3 to slow the enemy and get spiders on the enemy. Following that, use the 2 and get the stun off. THEN use the 1. People commonly use 1 and 2 at the same time, but it's better to hold off on the 1 because
