At the beginning you start off with Death's toll, boots and 2 hp&mana pots.
At your first back you should have enough gold to buy Warrior Tabi to get the early game dmg.
After you purchased Rage you should continue buying Malice and Executioner, if you finished that sell Death's Toll and buy Windeg Demon to get the extra mobility and attack speed
( You also can buy poisened star or Fatalis but i recommend winged demon )
Pros : Crit is very good because of her autoattacks
she has a good escape
very good against mage
good wave clear
Cons : weak early game dmg
squishy
hard to play
not very good penetration
You try to max your 2 first to clear fast the waves
and then your 1 to make more dmg in an 1v1 or teamfights.
Your 3 is not that important to skill because its only for the escape OR to bait the enemy or getting behind them.
your ultimate is an very good opener and is usefull because of the silence (also the dmg)
and good to last hit the enemys if they are out of range
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

Warrior Tabi
Titan's Bane
Qin's Sais
Wind demon
Deathbringer
-1 for now.

she's like Cupid. you were mislead by her earlier representation in the patch notes show, probably.
she's also a bit more abiltiy based but not like Neith.
Also, I think that Warrior Tabi is still redundant (doesn't mean it's not better). You already have a huge amount of power from Transcendence, and attack speed works better with Sais and her one.
not relevant to the suggestion, but yeah I kinda agree with Arvorus in this context
Appreciate your positivity. Others can point out some other things, but here are some issues:
On Izanami it's better to build Malice+unicorn cause of her scalings and her being close to a mage.
No, Asi is not okay. The only lifesteal item you should build on her is Soul Eater, and i dont even build it.
Dont build exe on her because of her passive. Build Titan's.
If you want good lifesteal nowadays, Devourer's Gauntlet and Asi are where it's at.
As for a triple crit build, is this even something that should be done? Smite revolvs around counter building, and a guardian or warrior that builds Hide of the Nemean Lion will easily have you defeated.
Death's Toll? This item would have been good if her kama sickles would proc it with every hit.
-1 for the time being
and no, they didnt. Soul Eater is still the go to item against burst and for immobile/low base ms hunters ( Artemis, Izanami.)/
the reason Death's Toll isnt good on her is simply because Transcendence is much better for her scalings, thats all there is to it, really.
Let's say that X is your physical power, and that Izanami is at level 20.
A Deathbringer crit will deal (77 + 0.5X) x 2.4 damage, or 184.8 + 1.2X.
A Malice crit will deal (77 + 0.5X) x 2 + .75X damage, or 154 + 1.75X.
Malice crits exceed Deathbringer crits in damage at 57 power. If you're only fighting with your steroid up, however, Deathbringer is the better choice. Crit in general is less effective on Izanami (except against clustered groups of enemies, but that's only common for minions), since they're only going to deal 50% of their normal damage.
Overall, I would replace Rage for Qin's Sais/ Deathbringer, add Ichaival, and switch in the items that GGF said to. I'd still initially keep Warrior Tabi, though. You have high scaling, no power (at that point) to take advantage of it, and a strong AS buff already. Only after the rest of the build is finished would I sell it and buy Ninja Tabi. Your build order should look something like:
Death's Toll.
Warrior Tabi.
Ichaival.
Soul Eater.
Qin's Sais/Wind Demon. I'm personally a fan of always having WD as my first crit item, given how it smooths out the crit item curve.
Titan's Bane.
Sell DT for Wind Demon/Malice/Deathbringer. If you got Qin's Sais last time, go for WD. If you got WD, go for Malice/DB.
Sell Ichaival for Malice/Deathbringer.
Sell Warrior Tabi for Ninja Tabi.
MAYBE sell Soul Eater for Bloodforge. Stacking gets tedious as the game goes on, BF's passive doesn't count against Izanami's passive, and it also provides a large 75 power. It's very expensive, though, so I would only get this when you really don't need anything else.
Sorry if I went too far with the changes! I do that a lot. The new build plays mostly the same (it needs a bit of stacking now), but it should remove the inefficient items and improve the power curve.
I disagree with leaving Qin's Sais as a mere suggestion and not core, plus unicorn plus malice is way better on her.
That said, I'm thinking that DB is the better choice if you have to choose between the two... As you said, her 1 is better with DB... And also, although your calculations are correct (I assume, I trust ya) you have to also consider that you're basing the numbers on just one hit. If you get two consecutive hits, you won't get the full damage from Mal, which shrinks the potential it does have over DB. In most cases, a bit more up front burst is better. Does that sound reasonable?
That said, what's to stop someone, in some cases, from getting both?
The chances of consecutive crits happening is pretty low, especially since you can miss one of the hits. With two crit items, you'll have a 16% chance of it happening (4/10 x 4/10), and with three crit items, you'd already have both Malice and Deathbringer anyways. Crit needs an average dps, given how people can range from 100% crits made to 0% crits.
There's no reason to stop someone from getting both except for Wind Demon being a REALLY good crit item. You'd have to sacrifice Qin's Sais to make room for all three of them.
In her cons you say she has no good penetration, when that is item based and she has a passive..? That should also be cut off.
3 crits I would only do with Izanami, but one of them still has to be Deathbringer to bring the most burst and dps. I would not get The Executioner for Izanami just for the fact that she already has pen in her passive and her basics dont proc on every god hit, only on the first one hit. Titan's Bane would be a good choice since it does not need to proc.
If you still want three crit items (I dont blame you) switch out Warrior Tabi for Ninja Tabi and look for Soul Eater as an alternative to Asi. Soul Eater allows you to survive with your passive still online, while Asi will make you go above the threshold.
