You can start the magic item first if going against a magic opponent. You also want to keep urxhasing those 2 health potions and 1 mana potion until mid late game. That when you buy the damage potions
This build is tanky, short cool down time, and a good amount of damage in beginning, middle, and especially in endgame. If your farming is on point and secured, purchasing and getting all the damage buffs clocks out 329/400 physical damage. Btw you would want to be aggressive on clearing the waves and attacking your opponent. If you prefer more cdr early game then purchase Jotunn's wrath rather than The Crusher.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
