Hera damages enemies in a cone in front of her before opening a portal for Argus to attack through. Enemy minions hit by this cone are knocked into Argus' path. Argus then slams his fists at the target location dealing heavy damage. If both of his fists connects with an enemy, it deals 15% extra damage.

Hera shrouds herself in her divine power, granting her a shield from damage and temporary movement speed that lasts as long as the shield remains.

If Argus is active, Argus shines with the same Divine power as Hera, causing him to deal radiant damage and move at an increased rate.

Hera brings Argus crashing down at a location, damaging and knocking up enemies. On landing Argus will attack the nearest target. Hera can control where Argus moves through refiring this ability onto an enemy or if he has a target, to recall him. While recalled Argus will defend Hera and attack anyone that gets close. Argus has a hit chain that starts with a normal basic attack, into a ground circle AoE slowing enemies by 20% for 1s, into a line attack.

The gem of iso is really for the morph ability to set up for the number one not the ult.
And the cc and be use to help the other team mates with me

already slows for 20% adding gem of iso will only extra slow for 1 second of the polymorph. IMO the itself is easy enough to hit

Hera doesn't have any tick or DoT damage that would consistently apply Iso's slow. Hence, you're probably better off with Ethereal, to provide some of the same survivability.

Looking at your build it can see some major improvements.

let's start of with the overcap on cdr the moment you grab . Most times you want cdr having ~30% is enough especially if you include power potion to hit the cap late game. This can easily be fixed by changing focus for to remove the 10% overcap when you get . Or you could opt to switch for in case your team needs anti heal.

the second problem is a low amount of pen mostly % pen. the 10% of soul reaver is not going to be enough and is built very late. the late can be fixed by pushing soul reaver forward to the gem of iso slot. this leaves us with the low amount so we're going to need to swap an item. The best item to swap is going to be . only procs it on the initial cast and the duration is to low. Therefore, it is the item you want to swap for a big pen item like (preffered) or .

Lastly assuming it is conquest you're better of maxing your for waveclear. Needing to waste on the wave makes her more vulnerable.

The way i play with her is passive aggressive i use the morph with iso gem to set up for the oothers but i see how the obsidian would fit well there so ill change it
