Your early is not the best one as a jungler, assasins have more pressure and damage, but you still have a great 1v1 + good ganks with your 3. This build is more based on late game, since you are going to be an off tank, a 1v1 beast. Gank when you have your 3 ready, if not, you will only be able to damage the enemy and apply pressure on the lane. Trust your baasic attacks, this build is meant to be for dueling. Farm and always try to increase your passive buffs, each time you have an abbility, use it. You need to exploit that passive early, thats the strenght of Mulan
Maybe you think its a good starting ultimate for a TF, but remember you are not the tank in this case. Let others start the fight and try using your ult to save your allies and to secure kills. Your 3rd hit with the ult (the arrow) its pretty much useless, you should ult forward and then hit the knockup from behind, enemies will now have 2 flanks to pay attention to, here is when you enter and harass enemies from behind, if someone tries to escape, you chase him with your 3. If a someone focus you, you have better 1v1 stats. If your allies are falling back, remember to use your blink + your movement speed.
You are more likely to get your passive faster in JG than in Solo lane, also, there are better options in Solo when it comes to duelers. Mulan JG is a fun pick, you have a good set of abbilities and mechanics. IMO you should play and try it, you obviously wont get the same pressure like a rata does, but trust me, once you get confident enought you can fight anyone at the jungle, and survive.
