Hello there, my name is Shikaco and I'm making this Jing Wei guide since I found out not many people played her effectively. I'm a Jing Wei main btw.
Why play Jing Wei? Well, here's some Pros / Cons on her.
Pros :
-Tied 2nd highest basic attack damage.
-A lot of mobility.
-Fairly easy to use.
-Critical steroids in her 2.
Cons :
-Squishy af.
-Kit is really basic.
-Easily ganked.
-Lot of mobility sometimes causes overconfidence.
Jing Wei's passive, Rapid Reincarnation grants her extreme mobility when exiting the fountain. Hovering around in 5s while being CC immune also acts as a personal ward. this hovering time should be enough to get almost base-to-base in Arena, middle of lane in Joust, and past the tower in Conquest. (It also works from enemy fountain. When I'm really bored I get into enemy base in Arena and just flew back to mine :P)
Jing Wei's 1, Persistent Gust is her only damaging ability beside her Ult. This ability can cause up to 290(+90% phys power) and gives 7s attack speed buff if she is knocked up by this ability. Her 1 also acts as a knock up that can extend the range of her 3. Personally, I don't use this much since it's hard to hit and I'd prefer to save it for either escape or finishing a low health target.
Jing Wei's 2, Explosive Bolts is her most used ability. It grants her next 3 basic attack a crit chance buff up to 20% and also makes her basic attack deals AoE damage. When you're starting a match, remember to activate this before going out of fountain. Also when going back to fountain, use this to minimize the cooldown needed after going out of the fountain again.
Jing Wei's 3, Agility is her main escape tool. While it only has a small rage of 35, it gives you 3s immunity to basic attack movement penalty. If used when knocked up, it's range extend to 55 and the buff is increased to 6s. Why do I prioritize this over her 1? Because the long initial cooldown is going to be your death cause in early-mid game if you're down.
Jing Wei's Ult, Air Strike is her damaging tool to chase fleeing enemies since it covers a lot of area (30 in width and 70 in length). Also, you could land 55 units away from the 70 units after the damage itself so it basically covers 125 units to chase/escape. The damage is fairly enough, capping at 580(+100% of phys power). Remember not to hesitate to use this as an escape because your main damaging source will still be your basic attack.
Why Ninja Tabi? Now you need more attack speed than raw power due to her 2 being nerfed so you need to land more basics to clear effectively. You can swap it for Warrior Tabi if you like, but I don't see many points in that in the current stats of how she is played right now.
Rush B(loodforge).
75 extra phys power and the lifesteal will give you another boost to stay active and useful in early game. Now if you are in Conquest or Joust, you could build Devourer's Gauntlet instead and I recommend it so, but if you have a lead and you can afford to buy Bloodforge, you might as well get it
Ichaival
If you managed to get a lead, you could go Qin's Sais for more damage output but Ichaival is really strong right now. You're looking to build crit after this item so it makes more sense to build Ichaival as it is cheaper. Late game consider sell it to get Qin's Sais. You could also go for Odysseus Bow if you'd like.
Wind Demon
Why not Deathbringer? Because you're probably in mid game while getting this item. The passive effect of this item gives you extra 20% attack and movement speed for 5s. With her 2 and just this one, you already got 40% crit chance. Now every time you crit, you can chase down enemy and finish them easier. It also gives more in terms of trading against the enemy.
The Executioner
Now this one is situational, if the enemy is tanky af, going Titan's Bane is more worth it. The only thing you lose with Titan's Bane is the attack speed so consider it well. It gives you +30 phys along with +25% attack speed along with the protection debuff. Could also swap with Qin's Sais if you have a lead.
Deathbringer
Easy choice. With her crit steroids, Deathbringer will just makes you destroy everything in sight. Total of 60% crit chance with 40% extra damage with each crit will make you able to punish squishy targets faster. I don't recommend changing this item at all.
Personally, I always use this build on my Jing Wei whenever I get the chance to play her.
I recently got a penta, a quadra, and 2 triple kills in one game and finished 29-0-7 with her in Arena. Throughout the game, the enemies are more afraid of Raijin and Loki so I took it to my advantage and just literally destroyed them. I two-shotted Susano, Nemesis, and Thanatos. 6 shots fired, 5 crits. Three-shotted He Bo and Fafnir, all the five of them fresh out of the fountain.
This build is like the other adc build, a late game killing machine. But this build will make you be effective from early-mid game. Due to Jing Wei being underrated by a lot of people, making use of them ignoring you is the best thing to do.
I hope this guide might help you guys if you ever feel like wanting to try something different and unique. Thanks for reading, and stay awesome.
new note :
Due to her nerfs, putting points in her 1 could help you a lot now but I didn't do much of that since I needed her 2 and 3 more than her 1.

Welcome to the community, and thanks for putting an effort into the creation of a guide. As xZero mentioned in his comment, if you have BBcoding questions, we'll be happy to help. Using the code to take advantage of the SF database makes things much more functional for a reader.
With regard to the build, I understand the thought process, but there are some potential issues. I'm not saying your build isn't working for you to some degree, but there are some optimizations that can be made. I'll point them out, but what you do with it is your choice.
I'll assume you're talking about Arena only. Based on somewhat distant history (3 months +) it looks like you play Arena almost exclusively.
Those are the suggestions I have. You may or may not agree, and that's fine. Hope it's helpful!
Besides your main targets should not be tanks, it should be the squishies. The tanks are then useless by themselves (mostly).
Welcome to SMITEfire, SϟF. I can see that you're new and decided to join the website, and made your own guide. Congratulations! Your guide is published and viewable for everybody. Hopefully you'll stay with us and enjoy your time here on SMITEfire, SϟF!
You may have allready checked out the website a bit. SMITEfire, SϟF is, however, more than just a site to grab/drop guides. While the guides are definitely the biggest part of this website, I advise you to check out other parts of the website, get more familiar with it, and get to meet all the nice people that reside here.
You just made a guide. Again, congratulations! However, you may have looked around the website a bit and noticed a lot of other guides. Some of these guides look really nice, don't they? I myself am jealous as well! To achieve such level of awesomeness, you'll need to work hard and be dedicated to your guides. To help you out and make your job a lot easier, here are some tips, blogs or other use profiles for you to check out and become the best guide-maker there ever was!
Hopefully this was helpfull, and made you feel welcome here on SMITEfire. We hope you stay with us!
Also, while I do agree that probably 75% of it is off-topic, the last part (Where the users, articles and my BB-coding thing are) are actually related to the guide. Basically a nicer and more helpful way of saying: "Work on that BB-coding!" :P
"Day 5 - The post is halfway done. Ran out of Doritos and Mountain Dew so I'll have to take a day off to hi-jack the fridge and the closet with cookies & candy"
Can allready see it.
In reality I just had half an hour/hour on the spot with nothing to do. Saw this new guide and instead of wasting my life away being bored I typed this up. :P
And now I cant find it. Was it deleted?
Edit: Nvm Beginners Guide
If you could make a guide introducing people to this website then sure I would not mind it, but then it has to be in a spot that they could see it, basically the front page. Every other non-god guide is so hard to find unless you know where to go.
But ******* Zero. I like it
Also glad you like it. I saved this in a txt document on my computer and I might use it for every new person to join SMITEfire and make a guide. It lists what the site has to offer, while also giving some valuable information to quickly and easily help those new players on their way.
The ultimate goal is to hopefully keep them here. The more (nice) souls we can get in the community here, the nicer and livelier it'll be.
Makes me think of a better version of the "newbie bot post" on Reddit, lol. And yes, the more we can do to support newer members and encourage activity and quality, the better.
