Nox extends her shadow, rooting and crippling a single enemy god in place and dealing damage over time. Nox must channel and stay within range to maintain hold on the target, but may cancel this ability early. Nox will continue to channel this ability even if she is hit by Crowd Control effects. While channeling this ability Nox suffers no directional movement penalty.

Item Explaination

This build is aimed towards games modes outside of conquest and is best used in modes such as Slash.

Sentinel's Boon This item allows Nox to focus her attention on disrupting the enemy with her abilities rather than using it on the minion waves. It also provides her with some much-needed sustain and protection.

Chronos' Pendant The first item you want to buy. You want to get your coolowns as low as possible with Nox to be useful. This item does that very well and also gives good MP5 and power.

Prophetic Cloak This will be your next item and it is one of the best defensive items you can buy. It has everything Nox could ever want. it gives her another 10% CDR and a bunch of defense stats once fully stacked.

Spear of Desolation Always a good item for mages, helps with dealing damage to squishy targets, gives another 10% Cooldown and the passive will make it so you can use your Night Terror very frequently in team fights.

Charon's Coin Next up is some % penetration to deal with the tankier targets. This item has a nice amount of it while also providing with a good passive to keep herself going in team fights. The item stacks itself by getting kills and assists. As a Nox with this build you will be doing a lot of assisting anyway so this item will stack pretty fast in midgame teamfights.


Sphinx's Baubles This will be your last item, it is very niche but it actually works very well for Nox. As I mentioned earlier , Nox is a god that really loves to disrupt the enemy team with her lock down combo. The less cooldown she has, the more she can do it. This item allows her to go over the 40% cooldown cap and get 50% cooldown. This will make her even more scary as she can now lock down people multiple times in a team fight.

Now with the new Patch 11.3 this item has no longer any negative stats! So its a win win!

Holy Moly I had low hopes for this one and it was one of the best ones I’ve seen because it has defensive properties and you can deal high damage too! 10/10 should try

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
