Need more physical or magical defense?
Maybe it's whise to swap the defense aura for antiheal depending on opponent god choice.
Less defense, more offense? Pick one of these
Loki creeping around?!
Thx for your advice, might be better like this. Less cd at beginning but more effective hpfor me and the adc.
The following guide or build is based on maximum cooldown for continous use of Terras Monolith combined with Force of Nature while spamming Earthen Fury as often as possible.
Doing this you'll supply your nearby teammates with physical and magical protection heal them and stun enemies all the time. Sounds like a good support, doesn't it?
Furthermore the damage of Terra is not to be underrated, especially if it comes to killing minions. A well placed Monolith with two burst of Force of Nature is pretty nice for a full tank support, believe it!
Due to theadvice in comments, i came up with another alternative which might be better for start. Just posted it above. I'll test it later and than update the whole guide as well. Thx foryour advice! (Less cooldown but more effectiv healthpoints for yourself and your allies)
In the beginning you start as usually with a support God with it's typical starter, Guardian's Blessing. If you want to deal more damage and need cooldown sooner, Mage's Blessing is an option too but the given gold by Guardian's is more valuable.
Don't forget your Breastplate and some potions!
Afterwards a Breastplate of Valor and Shoes of Focus for cooldown and mana(regeneration).
(In some special situations it might be more reasonable to buy Genji's Guard instead of Breastplate of Valor.) Less movement speed from start is negligible because your stun and dash combo of Monolith and Force of Nature allows chases as well as escapes and don't forget the stun of Crushing Earth ;).
In addition we add some protection for our teammates. Gauntlet ot Thebes and optional Sovereignity for physical or Heartward Amulet for magical protection.
At this point I can't decide so I leave it up to yo. Lotus Crown provides another protective support to your allies but Mantle of Discord finishes the cooldown for permanent Monoliths.
I prefer the Mantle first, test it for yourself!
There are more optional good items for Terra e.g. Void Stone or Stone of Binding or as antistealth a Mystical Mail or the known anti-ADC or anti-crit items but I drop them here because of loss of cooldown. Don't forget, it's just one was to play Mother Earth...
Passive - Standing Stones
Crushing Earth as well as Monolith creates a stone which stands on the ground and as long one of these is on the map Terra's basic attack gains 7 damage plus 10% of her magical power and a slow of 30%. In addition knockups don't effect her.
After crushing the stone this buff lasts 3 more seconds.
Force of Nature
Use it wisely as it is weak without a combo with one of Terra other skills.
She dashes forward once dealing damage to all hit enemies but if you dash through one of her Standing Stones these burst, dealing area damage and more and she get's another dash, if necessary in another direction. Best combo is dashing throuth a Monolith as it roots enemies in it's area, and leaving a field of damage on the ground as well.
Crushing Earth
Terra creates two walls which can be crushed together by activating this skill again or they clash after 5 seconds automatically.
If used like this, enemies between take damage and get stunned for 1.5 seconds.
These walls can be crushed as well with Force of Nature dealing area damage and providing another dash.
Monolith
Monolith is one the part of Terras' best combo. If placed this stone heals all allies nearby but if chrushed by Force of Nature it bursts, rooting all enemies withing its radius and leaving a field of damage on the ground as well as another dash for the Force.
Using this build in final form, you can place one Monolith after another in an endless circle while crushing them with Force of Nature as it has less cooldown. That means you deal one stun after the other to your opponents or you can heal your allies all the time.
Finally Monolith got one weak spot. It can be destroyed with basic attacks. If your opponent does this while you want to heal your allies, it could be useful to protect it.
Earthen Fury
As if this wasn't enough, here comes the ultimate.
Terra uses the power of nature to support her allies as well as harm her enemies for 10 seconds within a radius of 55. Allies take 5% less damage and are healed over time and enemies take 5% more damage. In additon each god in range gets 4 stones, harmful for opponents, healing ones for allies. If all 4 are activated (stones get activated if the god takes damage), allies get healed and enemies take damage.

In your build, you rush Breastplate of Valor before Shoes of Focus. Although you do provide an alternative build, I wanted to talk more about this. With the recent buffs to Shoes of the Magi and Shoes of Focus, I feel that rushing shoes is a stronger move than rushing Breastplate.
I realize that you are building for cooldown reduction, but in my opinion, this seems a little selfish in terms of a support build. For example, the Mantle of Discord. Where it stands in your build, you have no dedicated magical defense items, and Mantle can be a costly selfish investment. If you really want that 10% cooldown, I would consider something like Shogun's Kusari. This will give you well-rounded stats and provide a beneficial passive to your allies.
Another cooldown option I think you may be overlooking is Witchblade. This can help you counter auto-attack based enemies, and can contribute to your passive, as well as provide you with other beneficial stats.
Lastly, I don't like the idea of Mystical Mail on a support. I feel it is too costly and doesn't really do a whole lot for your team. I know the pulse effect can spot an invisible enemy, but as a tanky support, the invisible enemy is most likely going to be going for one of your squishy allies, not you.
If you're really set on Breastplate, my idea of a typical build path would be something along the lines of:
I like the BoV CDR because tera's ult is a huge team fight booster. You wanna be able to spam that ult
I'll be testing it later and then update the guide s well ...
