What's up Guy? Godsequivalent here with my First build. I am fairly new to the game, and even newer to the Jungle. Hopefully this Build will help any new players out. If anyone has any Suggestions let me know. Lets jump in.
Pros: Very Strong Early-Mid game
Is able to Silence multiple enemies
Strong Chase
AoE basic attack on every 3rd attack
Cons: Very Squishy
Can drop Late game if not played right
DONT MISS YOUR 1
No escape aside from your Ult and movement speed
Starter Items: Deaths Toll - I prefer this over Bumbas simply because of your passive
Phys Potion - Since HoG is not really worth it any longer this helps deal some extra Dmg
Health Potion - Just to be on the safe side
Ward - Youre Jungle. Get Wards.
Core Items: Warrior Tabi - Do you even have to ask?
Jotunns Wrath - Give you power, Pen, and CDR
Bloodforge - This is were you will start to do some Dmg. the Power and lifesteal will destroy enemies. Plus the passive is very nice if you end up getting Fatalis
Mail of Renewal - Phys Protection, Health, and finishes off your CDR. But the passive is what make you a real threat
Other Items: Soul Eater - This will give you even more Lifesteal, more health, and some more attack speed
Hastened Fatalis - Pick this up if you want to chase more
Rage - This is just for some extra dmg late game if you think you need it
Frostbound Hammer - This will help keep you enemy from running from you, plus it gives you some extra health
Actives: Aegis - this is good if you are using your ult on someone on a tower. Ult them, Get the Execute, Pop this, and run
Greater Blink - Just a good item for Ganking lanes
Beads - Can never go wrong with beads if the enemy has a lot of CC
Shield of the Underworld - this is good for team fights if you are getting targeted
Passive: Kills heal you and reduces CDR, You can see everyone in your Ults Execute threshold, and your abilities use health and mana
Deaths Scythe: A projectile ability that deals massive dmg, heals you, and slows whoever you hit
Scent of Death: A buff ability that give you additional Pen, Move Speed, and make you immune to slows
Soul Reap: A cone ability that deal decent dmg and also silences enemies
Hovering Death: A Semi-Global ground target Ult ability. Can execute an enemy if there health is inside a certain threshold, otherwise it deals dmg and stuns
Since you will be in the Jungle roll your main thing to do is to put pressure on all lanes, and dropping buffs for your team. Late game you will need to play will more strategy, because you will drop off a little. Pick your fights smarter and Silence enemies for your team, and pick off anyone tring to run away with your ult
That's it for the Build. I hope it can help someone out. I will try to make my future build better and in more detail. Like I said I'm new to the game so I don't know everything yet. Give me some feedback on the build and Try it out and let me know if it works for you.

Since you're new like you said:
Thanatos is mostly an ability based god early game due to his powerful one. If you dont get kills early game, he isnt as effective late game due to his small scalings on his abilities. If that happens they get built semi-tanky. You were right in picking Death's Toll because his passive is already sustaining you.
- Buying Devourer's Gauntlet as a 4th item might not be a good idea: as a jungler, it's difficult to stack already, if you stack late, you just ruin your late game, which is already bad with Thanatos (except if you snowballed). Maybe Bloodforge can be a good replacement: no stacking for almost the same power.
- Not buying Bumba's Mask as a jungler can be explained by Thanatos' passive, but you're missing a lot of gold. I understand that you want to do that in order to invade (as you buy a red pot) but it's not mentioned anywhere.
Also, it could be interesting to talk about the match-ups in a guide. Against which jungler you're going to do good, which you're going to struggle.
