Troll build...bro u cant build ka like that there is only one or two good items here
In low elo this build work a bit but in gold or higher u'll get rekt in 2sec by hunter and caster

Going by your item notes, this is a conquest build. I'm assuming it's for solo lane.
If you don't mind me asking, what's your rank and what's your platform?

You want to get in and stay alive, but you have no protections built? Don't your enemies build any anti heal? Contagion/ Pestilence, Brawler's Beat Stick, Divine Ruin, maybe Toxic Blade, upgraded Cursed Ankh?

So here is the thing in all the matches Ive played ive only ever seen one person build anti heal and it didnt make hardly any difference. I was still able to get in and stay alive longer then everyone but the Support and I do sometimes switch out something with a Hide of the Urchin

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
