Pythagorem's Piece if you require more health and sustainability as well as some % pen.
Ethereal Staff if you require more survivability and the enemies have large health pools.
Charon's Coin if you would like an early % pen boost and movement speed, this is important to build earlier so that you can stack up the passive.
