Well, there's Loki bleeding you to death right before you head to your fountain.
Also Arachne pulling you into the arena base fountain.

Any other suggestions?

I remember a long time ago, I was playing Anhur, and I was pushed up a little bit passed most of my team. So, with low health, I turned around to jump back toward my team. I ended up jumping into the Hades ult I failed to see and got killed by it.

Also, another very embarrassing one that I'm sure I've had happen to me before is getting killed by only an Artemis trap.

I was Ares. I ulted some chronos that went back to base with whatever recall, timing it wrong. So he went to his fountain.

And got grabbed again to my position from a mile away.

Running home and accidently stepping on Artemis' trap and it killing you.

I was low level, and I wanted to see if I could leash some lane creeps to attack the FG. They did, and while I was busy laughing my head off, the FG killed them and proceeded to kill me. So the other team saw "Fire Giant has slain Talenhiem", thought we were doing FG, and all ran there. So funny.

Was in a Joust and a Kali escaped me by using her ult and leaping into her Phoenix. As she was headed back to base, I wasn't paying attention to where I was retreating to to heal up - I went right into her tower and died in one hit >.<

@Shavul that's not that embarassing it happens to a lot of people. Unless you have beads or make yourself CC immune with cleanse/ult there is no way to escape Ares's ult. Recalling is never a viable method to escape. What's he supposed to do get pulled sit down in front of you and try to recall? There is the upgraded recall but even that is interrrupted by hard cc which Ares's ult is most definatly is.

Ulting as while taking tick damage and killing yourself when you land.

Dying to either mystical mark or .

And as someone said the wild Transgressors Fate death is just terrible.

Ulting as , , or while having a roman ranged arrow following you until you land.

That is just from the top of my head, probably got some more if I think about it :P

Shooting myself into the path of Ao Kuang's ultimate with my 1 xD
Falling short by a few steps with Ne zha's ult and getting killed my minions.
Get away from a close call with Thanatos thx to aegis amulet only to walk into the wrong base as the effect winds down.
And get killed in assault by the titan and lose the game for your team :D
All i needed to do was just hit a few more times but i got greedy on kills

Get feared by Hades and think you are running to your tower, only to die because it was the enemies. Has happened to me quite a few time unfortunately. :c
