I hated, seal it, put a stamp on it, hated the MOBA game SMITE's user community. The way they acted, the insta-lockers (which I'm sure we are all guilty of), the smurfers, the ragers, the trollers, the feeders, etc. I joined the game September 12, 2012 and I've experienced; victimized and did myself, all these things. In my entire time playing the game, it has definitely became an all-time-favorite, having seen it's ups and downs, pros and cons, I feel as if SMITE has became a part of me, of who I am. Though, something still seemed missing; needless to say, I was lost; lost in the vandalism, lost in the game the community as a whole has corrupted to the point of withering away. Despite all my investments to the game, countless of times I have thought about quitting and just to shut the door and never reenter it.

Then that all changed.

Today; Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 8:29pm, a wonderful event happened. I was enhancing my Nemesis skills in a conquest match when, (gg Hi Rez) the game had lagged, causing a player to disconnect along with an already disconnected player; meaning the opposing team only had three active players. Of course, it was absolute devastation afterwards; the amount of ownage was insurmountable for our opposing forces. Then, the sun god, Apollo, our attack damage carry had suggested an act of kindness that any 'mainstream' SMITE player would automatically refuse. He suggested we throw the sure-win, in honor of the enemy team. I was skeptical. Surely a team with the lustful satisfaction of winning in their eyes wouldn't give up a match as easy as this. But, to my surprise, they agreed, and sure enough it happened. The second the ten-minute mark struck, all four allied players, along with myself had simultaneously pressed the f6 button. Definitely my most cherished and heartwarming SMITE moment.

Too long, didn't read? In short: GG SMITE. GG.

giving grace to the other team is nice, but you really never know why the person left. Maybe he was being *****ed at by someone on the other team so he left. Thus do they still deserve to win at that point even if they were ahead.

Add me ingame if someone nice to play with note I'm level 30 yet :(

and agree it is nice to play fairly and I hate toxic community's in general
