I just still want you to answer this though.

Why should hebo be able to spam 6 splashes that do massive damage in 6 seconds while agni, anubis, pos and everyone else has to wait like 6 seconds just for one move to come back and it doesn't even do as much damage as hebos 1.

....

At least with other god when you miss a skill you get punished for it or you get a gap that you can counter them with.

With hebo he can ****ing miss 40 times and still spam some more until he hits.
There is nothing skill about his 1. His 1 is a free skill that you can spam until you hit.
If I miss I don't care because its coming right back in 1 second.
If I miss I don't care because I will just put my water sprout up your anus then get my water cannon right back.

I still don't see how this is hard to tell by simply seeing the spammablitly of one move.

Hebo in 6 seconds = splash splash splash splash splash splash and it goes forever

agni in 6 seconds = dash.... then wait for like 11 seconds

Pos in 6 seconds = whirl pool.... then wait much longer.

ALl those gods have to wait around 6 seconds even when they build cooldowns.

So why the **** should hebo's *** get a 1 second spam move that he does insane damage, passive damage, scaling damage?

you know thats why you **** on people in games don't even deny it because his 1 is the very reason when I was picking him I was ****ping on people.

Hebo's 1 simply has no disadvantages.

Think of it this way.

If you are ranged mage or ad you at least can counter him and not get close.

BUT A MELEE GOD CAN'T COUNTER HIM. Okay there are small counters to every god but for hebo its harder.

Why because once hebo misses his 1 he has it right back up in 1 second lol.

I guess you see no problem with a 1 second cooldown though while all the other mages have to wait 11 seconds on skills that miss while hebos lucky *** gets to spam higher damage abilites.

Again I don't think hebo is OP and I KNOW hebo is not OP.

BUT HIS WATER CANNON IS OP.

I don't get how the other guy thinks the water sprout is op because thats not even the problem.

his one is op.

Agni? Dash miss .... wait 11 seconds .....

meanwhile hebo is spamming his 1 before you get any cooldowns off cooldown and hebo is using 5 skills before you even get one of cooldown.

the reason ICEN is because has to kill some one in 4 to 5 abilities while , , , etc. do it in 3 max. so if it doesn't get spammy he can't kill. most mages do every thing in one clean sweep while just keeps hammering.

What? When I played hebo I could kill people like zues in literally 2 abilities!

hebo can easily kill you in one combo without needing his coolowns back.

Like I said this is what I did one match to a zues.

I was mid with hebro and zues was pushing my right lane.

I came from behind him and use my water cannon (took like half of his hp out) then I ulted him and he died.

That was only 2 hits not 4-5 hits. I don't know what you are building or what I had on but I can tell your for a fact that it was only 2 skills I needed to kill zues.

Also the other gods kill in combos so why can't hebo?

Unless you mean hebo can't kill without his ult?

If thats what you want then why can't they do this.

When you land water sprout your cooldown for water cannon gets a lower cooldown.

Basically it allows you to keep spamming your 1 but you have to use another damaging skill to get the cooldown of spam.

For example neith comes up to you, water cannon, then you use your 3, since you land your 3 your water cannon gets a super low cooldown to where you can use it again. If you use your ult it then lowers the cooldown of his water cannon again.

I HATE him being able to spam his 1 freely with no combo needed. He can literally sometimes kill without using anything else besides his 1 if he is up close to someone and they have things on cooldown.

Why not make it to where you have to land yoru 3 or ult to get the current cooldown of water cannon?

It makes more sense to me.

1 skill alone should not be able to rape face on a 1 second cooldown without using any other skill. Sorry I don't mean rape face, I mean rape face while having a 1 second cooldown without doing anything else.

It doesn't even nerf hebo, all it does it force you to not miss your 3 or ult after you use your 1.

After all you say hebo is about them combos so make him rely on his combo just like everyone else instead of having a gatling gun 1 then can freely be used.

What seems more fair
Current hebo = 1 + 1 + 1 + + 1 every 1 second

or

Have hebo = 1 + 3 (the 3 if hit puts his 1 back on low CD) + 1 + ult (puts his 1 back on CD)

It literally keep hebo THE SAME all it does its does not allow you to spam your 1 unless you are landing your 3 or ult. You can still do the same exact stuff as before

The only thing you can't do is spam WITHOUT landing another skill. You can still spam but if you want the spam you have to land your 3 or ult to put the water cannon back down on cd.

At least then I would have respect for his water cannon. Instead of it being free spam I can count on when I miss.

i ment at the same level in a real game. yes when at almost a full build can finally 2 shot some one but when your both at level 5 and at full health 3 abilities don't kill the enemy with while uses his 1 his basics twice and 3 and more basics or an ult. your dead.

234 dead.

3 4 while in 3 and let it tick while your stuck or just a little wave and dead.

4 2 44 and maybe a i count his 4 as 1 abilitie because low cooldown and no mana cost. dead.

ult, spirit bomb and wing gust and pop the ult. dead.

1 4 1 1. is the only god who does more then 3 abilities to kill and like her 1 is on a low cooldown.

I'm thinking of grabbing He Bo next given that he spams abilities(As per All4), and I really like spamming abilities over auto-attacking.

Derailing this thread are Chang'e and He Bo the only Gods who actively have to spam abilities versus autoattacking/1-2 nuke combos?

You do realise that I'm playing this since it came into beta? Longer than most of people here and don't judge the person on his level because, trust me, players with lower levels are better than most of 30's. Level in this game means nothing. Once you reach lvl 30, you get to play with noobs more often than when you were in lower levels.

Low level people are NOT better than higher level people. They're lower level because they're new, they don't know how the items and skills work or how to properly respond to situations. You might find a few nuggets but they're on their way up the ladder, as it were.

Returning to my own at tempt to derail this thread if I want to spam abilities all day long, instead of 1-2 nuke(Ao Kuang) or auto-attack(Neith) should I get He Bo or someone else?
