thanatos taunts?

So I am playing with a friend.

I'm Ymir with Cupid, a deadly combo.

We're laning against a Chang'e and Thanatos.

Level 5 and the enemy Bastet ganks. I try to stun her and I tank her cats, or that's would have happened if I wasn't taunted away by Thanatos' Soul Reap.

I mean, it silenced me and forced me to attack him with my basic attacks and forced me to walk towards him.

This happened three times in that match.


If there is one god who really doesn't need a taunt it's Thanatos.

Have any of you encountered this problem?

Sub stared at his screen in disbelief.

"What?!" he yelled, horrified. "Thanatos can taunt? Where the **** did this come from?"

He hurriedly clicked onto Thanatos' profile on Smitefire, then gave a sigh of relief as he found that Thanatos' third ability, Soul Reap, does not taunt.

Sub then wondered if All4Games could start speaking like a normal person, since he knew that even those who do not have English as a first language still know not to use numbers in normal speech.

He also wondered if All4Games has not yet mastered the rules of basic punctuation. He shrugged, before starting to type his reply.

Yeah Thanatos doesn't have a taunt, I legitimately have 0 idea what you're talking about. He has a slow/ranged skillshot, a speed increaser, and a cone silence. There is no taunt.

i know it is not ment to taunt but it did taunt me 3 times. i got hit by it a lot more and usually silenced me and didn't taunt but sometimes it did taunt me.

Do you mean taunt as in the ability FORCED you to attack or as in like, it baited you in to taunt?
Because this is not a thing, I've never done it to someone, and it's never been done to me. And playing quite a bit during first week thanatos, I've seen a LOT of them, and this has never happened.

taunt ala Athena it doesn't always do it and just to check i started to just when he does it immediatly pressing the s on my key board and completely letting to of my mouse. still happend.

again it i know that it is not supposed to taunt me but it did. just not everytime.

being a **** to people is not an art or a skill.

being able to ask a legitiment question about there comment in a normal way used to not be an art or skill. apperently it became both.

SDometimes I thought that the abilitie feared me sometimes, like Hades Silence. But I guess it was the six bottles of beer and the 16 hours of smite :o
