After some tests, it appears that I was right

So, with Bancroft's Talon
0 tick - 0% more - 12%
1 tick - 33% more - 16%
2 ticks - 66% more - 20%
3 ticks - 99% more - 24%


So, for each stack, you get
Polynomicon : 10 - 13 - 17 - 20%
Divine Ruin : 15 - 20 - 25 - 30%
Pythagorem's Piece : 25 - 33 - 42 - 50%
Bancroft's Talon : 12 - 16 - 20 - 24%


On a side note, magical lifesteal is capped to 65% though.
If you want full LF, you need Pyth and another item, or 3 items.

As for the 30% CC reduction, it's kinda hard to test on the jungle practice, as it is not displayed in the stat tabs.

Wow, you are right.

I assumed otherwise because I did test this about a year ago, and I've read the patch notes and I've never seen an Anubis passive change.

Guan Yu Jungle is BAE ! Although I think Reinforced Greaves,Shield of Regrowth, Ancile are the best 3 first items for him e_e But yeah, I like the bruiser Anubis as well !!!
