As Sunfall discussed, these two items, and , have a mixture of poor stats, overpricing, and simply being outclassed by it's bigger brother, .

These items need a buff. One could simply reduce their price, but I have a few suggestions.

1: Increase the lifesteal of both items to 20%.

or 2: Increase the healing reduction per stack to 35%, leaving the enemy at only 30% healing.

I think the % healing reduction is fine, but the length is too short. Too many people have a problem hitting more than once for it to matter, ESPECIALLY in assault, which is honestly one of the only places this would be picked up. IMO, a 5 second lifespan would do well for it - not too long where a dot like Tornadoes would instantly ruin healers, but long enough where you can chain together a couple spells or auto attacks and keep it going

70% healing reduction makes people like nigh useless, and 5% extra lifesteal won't make a licking difference (that is a phrase, right? Something like that. I think it'd be a lick of a difference. Oh well.)

Well the stick is good for 1v1 if both of u are melee and the other one is more focused on lifesteal. It's a big difference then. They would heal less with each ht and you would be able to keep up and eventually beat them.
