It should just give 10% of Geb's health. And instead of the extra health scaling. Give protection scaling.

It could be that HiRez wasn't thinking when they made that skill that:
1. He is a tank that scales more on health and protections.
2. There are tons of health items that would just make that skill broken/op for this game

I agree, if it were a hunter or mage who had that shield, it wouldn't be so bad.

Edit: Actually, for mages, it'd still be broken, since warlock's sash, Ethereal Staff,etc

Yes..Geb shield is a bit too much..I think these days nobody attacks a tank to waste there skills, as a carry I would never attack Geb at all to start with and can easy survive a full game playing Geb without getting killed..wats the fun in that. Also regarding the artwork and skill design, developers must make the ultis of mages more visually appealing..as it is a big factor regarding the fun part of gaming..the wow factor..

Do not forget the 20% of Geb's health. You can easily get 4k health with him, which gives you 800 health on the shield :P

So a total of 1200 health endgame, where a carry has 1,8k-2k health.

Remember when Chang'e, when she was released, dealt crazy damage and never died, thanks to her ability to counter focus?

Geb does that, only it applies to any god. You try to focus He Bo, when he gains another health bar, you dead.

Very much agree with subzero..there was one occasion playing xbalanque at full health I went to finish off Anubis and he was running away suddenly Geb gave him shield and I got ganked badly.

I think hirez will fix Geb shield in coming patch

Same with Freya and Geb. Freya's biggest (and maybe only) counter is that she can be killed fast when focused. Geb gives her so much more play time that she becomes a small fortified little truck. (loads of damage, loads of health)
