oh YOU'RE Nedq.
Those were fun games, haha

Anyway, atm our only practice revolves around logging on and asking if anyone wants to play. I think once we have a bigger group (despite us already having a huge group) and figuring out who is dedicated/able to make practice times, we'll start forming teams.

But I don't think we'll be doing ranked for a while. We need to get good at group 5v5 conquest before we move into ranked. It's good to practice against premades before we decide to join an actual ladder. We also need dedicated roles instead of "I'm going to do ____ this game". It's a little bit sucky for variation but to rise through the ranks well, we need people to stick to a role and get very good at it.

Unless we're going to be casually doing ranked just for the hell of it, then we can just do whatever. Depends on how seriously we wish to take this, heh.

Like raventhor said we could play ranked but definetly not yet since most of us are just playing for fun (which is the top priority) but to play any form of ranked we need a sort of schedule(sorry about the english) and roles and even some back up players.

I think the best idea would be to start at the community tournaments for gems and such which most would like.

we do often have 5 man parties but not the appetite for a 8 minute sitdown with a high chance on not matching.

Just out of curiousity, did you use any other platform to get scrims up to this point?

1 scrims simply work through setting a concuest challenge up and don't have a real timer. one's there are 10 people in it starts.

2 well there is a scrim list you can put your team in but it's very unreliable. if you want scrim's the fastest way is to ask around between teams or participate in a tournament to get your name out there.

I know how Conquest Challenge works - that's why im in favor of your idea. We usually make random 5 man parties (as described per Raventhor) but then don't go Conquest 5v5 due to said timer. Having someone like you would solve that issue and henceforth I'm supporting it. (I guess I didn't expres myself well).

2. Link to the scrim list, plea? D:
That's just my 2 cents.

Oy! Give me some privacy.

If we want to go competitive tho I think we should split the Clan in EU and NA since the ping can be very problematic in tryhard games.

I'm torn about this though.
If we want to go competitive, splitting into EU and NA is the only way to make the different regions compete well, without ping.

But this is meant to be a clan that is based around the community, and splitting up is the exact opposite of trying to play together as a group.

I'm a little split on how to go about this =/

Yeah I'm not a hundred percent sure you understand what the problem at hand is, and why they might want to break away and form an EU clan.
