Aphrodite blows a kiss to an allied god, making them her soul mate and giving them both increased movement speed. If it hits an ally, it has a reduced 1s cooldown. If the kiss hits an enemy god, they are Damaged, Stunned and Aphrodite's soul mate gets jealous, increasing their damage. Also, Aphrodite's soul mate gains 50% of her MP5 and 10% of her Physical and Magical Protections.

Agitated by all the attention, Aphrodite commands enemies to get away from her, doing damage around her, slowing them by 25% for 2s and knocking them back to 25 units from her.

If Aphrodite has a soul mate, an explosion originates on them in addition, dealing the same damage as well as slowing enemies.

If an enemy would be hit by both blasts, they will only be affected by the one originating from Aphrodite.

Aphrodite calls forth a flock of beautiful doves that fly forward in the area in front of her. The doves circle around all enemies in the path, damaging enemies every .5s for 3s. Aphrodite and her soul mate also receive healing when cast and decreased ability cooldowns.

Aphrodite pledges undying love to herself and her soul mate, halving the cooldown of Love Birds. While this is active, she and her Soul Mate are invulnerable to all damage and gain the Jealousy effect for a short duration. All Crowd Control effects are also removed when activated.

So you wanna Aphro supp?

Notice: This is an unconventional build for the unconventional player.

Hey, all Afrodayt fans and all Aprho main players.

Now I know what you're all gonna say, that Aphrodite shouldn't be doing support because she's squishy blah-blah-blah, and if you wanna win, you should pick Sylvanus or Athena or go solo lane, but that's not the reason why I made this guide.

Aphrodite is a very versatile character. She can do almost any role (she shines the least in Jungle and Carry, I guess). Aphrodite is all about protecting her soulmate, and her Smooching Kiss of Love is only at full power with a partner. She can still do the job of support, and for what she lacks in tankiness, she makes up for it with HEALING that come in ticks!

Pros and Cons

Cons of using Aphrodite as a support:
- very paper...
- needs very good positioning for the support role
- her stun has almost no effect as a CC.
- every other mage God has better damaging spells
- her spells are hard to land with, and have rather slow traveling speed making it easy to dodge.

Pros in using Aprhodite as a support:
- very, very nice sustain, probably the best reason IMO
- a very OP ultimate when activated just at the right moment
- doesn't require too high Magic Damage to sustain (thanks to Rod of Asclepius
- skill mechanics are easy
- fun to use, being an damnsel-in-distress chick goddess. Gotta love it when seemingly underdog characters prove disbelievers wrong!

The staff can work depending upon the support (I used it on with good results), but I do agree that CDR and/or MP5 should come from aura items because is a very selfish item in that it only really benefits you.

Because only has a stun in and a disarm in . His only ability that would really benefit from gem is dragonic corruption, but it's real easy for enemies to retreat while he's transforming; I could see a case for using it on his 3 while in dragon form, but even then that doesn't always hit.

Gem of iso is for his ally buff - . It lets them proc it on basics which is good for adcs or anyone AA-based.

No it cannot. "Dragon Breath cannot process item hit effects." We can test it out to make sure though.

Neither did I, Boogie, until I looked at it. ;) I didn't think it did because it is a basic attack even though it's ranged instead of melee.

So you updated this build but still have 3 damage items. Why? At the very least swap and for the other items I mentioned in my first comment.

You also haven't fixed your start yet.

I would just stick to and for relic options since can heal, meaning Meditation Cloak is unnecessary.

Also your start is very bad. No health potions and way too many mana potions. If you want wards and potions that can be refilled I recommend this start: , , .

This build is also way too squishy with not enough defense to be a support. I would get 3rd or 4th instead of 2nd, and I would get rid of , and Shield of Regrowth.
