In the beginning you can buy fewer Healing Potion / Mana Potion. But what is important is that you buy the Devourer's Gauntlet as quickly as possible and build up the stacks so that you have an advantage against your opponents
Risky for you but worth it if you have stacked Devourer's Gauntlet and Transcendence full
This is pretty much not gonna let you die. However, if your opponent has Contagion or Pestilence, you should either stay away or eliminate him as soon as possible
Brawler's Beat Stick should be used when your opponent can heal himself or when he relies on lifesteal. Anubis Martichoras
In the beginning you can buy fewer Healing Potion / Mana Potion. But what is important is that you buy the Asi as quickly as possible because it's very important as carry that you can attack quickly so you can dish out more damage that you have an advantage against your opponents
If you want to dish out some serious crit then this build is made for you. You could use more crit because it's 70% but without power and penetration crit doesn't do much
This build is no fun for Guardians. Because they won't survive long because you lower their health through the effects and your fast attack speed
• Brawler's Beat Stick
Should be used when your opponent can heal or has lifesteal Martichoras
• Heartseeker
Should be used when your opponent is a guard Sylvanus
• Qin's Sais
Should be used when your opponent is a Guardian or has a lot of health
Use at the beginning Purification Beads. You can start also with Magic Shell. Later as second relic you can take the Aegis Amulet. Later you can level it up to Temporal Beads , Fortifying Shell or Aegis of Acceleration.
Make the strongest skills Crystallized Curses and Vicious Barrage at level 5 first. Your dash ability Into Darkness is also important but also focus on leveling up your ultimate Living Nightmare because you reveal the enemies all over the map and you can fly to any enemy
Chernobog (lit. "Black God") and Belobog (lit. "White God") are an alleged pair of Polabian deities. Chernobog appears in the Helmold's Chronicle as a god of misfortune worshipped by the Wagri and Obodrites, while Belobog is not mentioned – he was reconstructed in opposition to Chernobog. Both gods also appear in later sources, but they are not considered reliable. Researchers do not agree on the status of Chernobog and Belobog: many scholars recognize the authenticity of these theonyms and explain them, for example, as gods of good and evil; on the other hand, many scholars believe that they are pseudo-deities, and Chernobog may have originally meant "bad fate", and later associated with the Christian devil. |

Death's Toll •Advantages In the beginning it helps you a lot. Because you gain mana and health for each basic attack you hit. It is also cheaper than Leather Cowl. •Disadvantages It is important for Chernobog that he quickly achieves a fast attack speed. Unfortunately, this starter has no attack speed and also no lifesteal Leather Cowl •Advantages Gives you lots of stats like Attack Speed, Mp5, Physical Power and Life Steal which is great to start with. •Disadvantages First of all, it is more expensive than Death's Toll and the end developments Leader's Cowl and Hunter's Cowl are not as strong from the passive effects as from the other starter Death's Embrace or Death's Temper |

In the "gauntlet ends deadly" build, there's no defining item that really helps with his DPS...that build should at least have Qin's Sais, for example.
The "infinite health" one is even worse. Only has Asi and Exe for AS items, and they're still building Embrace, which really gets the most use when your AS is high, to get as many procs as possible. And if you're going to be building into high CDR, why wouldn't you go for other items like Hydra's, Heartseeker, etc? This build is hybrid-ish, but without some key items that put either abilities or basics to higher effectiveness.
Strongly suggest going one, max 2 lifesteal items, depending on what it is you choose.
