Izanami is probably the most hyped up god that we have had in a while. Including myself, I am very excited for Izanami. It's really nice to see that Hirez is still finding ways to make new gods intuitive. Like always, whenever a new god is released, the community freaks out and says that the new god is broken and over powered. Which is true, yet when compared to other broken and over powered gods (which is basically every god in the game). Izanami is really good and can be the matron of the dead at late game.
Note: I will try to keep this guide as up to date as possible. Also if any of you guys have any questions or opinions on my personal build, feel free to leave a comment. I would be gland to reply.
“Izanami is a hunter who heavily relies on skill to land her damaging Basic Attacks and position herself well. After watching her perform in the hands of players, we wanted to give her additional tools and rewards to players who use her kit will. Fade Away will now give you more time to ambush or escape during the stealth and Dark Portal will now be more damaging as a reward for finding opportunities to land this on enemies.”
Fade Away
Increased Stealth duration from 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 → 4/4.5/5/5.5/6.
Dark Portal
Increased Damage from 250/340/430/520/610 → 250/350/450/550/650.
Increased Scaling from 120% → 130%.
Izanami gets a buff this patch. It's nice I guess. Personally I feel like Izanami was fine the way she was during release, however a buff's a buff so I can't really complain.
Patch 3.17
Pros
Very mobile
Decent suport
Great lane clear
Decent early game
Heavy hitting ult that can silence
Boomerangs
Penetrating passive
Very slooty
Cons
Very Squish
Ult is a skill shot (need skill to land)
Late game god (like all hunters)
Items only proc once, so some items don't work very good
Probably over-aged and decaying
Izanami has a boomerang basic attack. Which means that she can hit twice. However, each hit does only 50%. Also if your boomerangs hit structures, depending on how close you are, they will return more quickly.
Izanami's First ability takes away the 50% to her basic attack while also adding attack speed and a slight power buff.
Also when Playing Izanami you will want to focus on building up her Spectral Projection. Basically when a god dies while Spectral Projection is on them, it will add a +6% slow, up to a max of 30%
Last but not least is Izanami's ult. Which does 610 +120% of your physical power. Which means that when building for Izanami, you definitely want to focus on having lots of physical power.
In case you want to know Izanami's lore and abilities
"Throw another prawn on the barbie!" Is Australian slang for "put another shrimp on the barbecue" I couldn't think of any good Australian jokes. The reason I wanted to put an Australian reference is because the boomerang is a iconic Australian weapon. Izanami's auto attack is a boomerang mechanic. A new mechanic that hasn't been introduced to the game before.
Hopefully in the future, Izanami gets an Australian themed skin or a skin of her as the goddess of creation.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.

first of all, your title is pretty clickbaity. the guide isnt in depth, you just did an intro, pros and cons and a "stuff you should know" section. this is probably a W.I.P so just write it in the title, you could also write "pts version" if you want to.
your build is not that good.
and in the guide itself, it lacks bbcoding and just overall awkward to look at.
i will hold my vote until i see your reply,
