Me
Hey! I'm a (currently) gold 3 jungle and solo main. I never actually played ![]() |
Fenrir
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Starting Items
|
|
'The' jungling item. It gives you the sustain you need to stay in the jungle as soon as possible.![]() |
|
Essential for every jungler. Not only do you get extra clearspeed, you get a midcamp secure and later on you get a stun or FG/GF secure. |
Early Game
|
A very standard item. There are 3 reasons why you would want to get this and not something else. First one being that you get extra movement speed. Every god gets boots early. If you don't, you'll be a lot slower and it will be a lot harder to chase a god. Second reason is that you get extra penetration, increasing your damage a lot. The last reason is very obvious; you get power! More power = more damage = more kills = more gold = more power!
|
One of the best item on most assassins and warriors.
![]() |
Mid
|
Game
|
|
A very good item, but only if the enemy team has 4+ physical gods. Yes you could buy it if there are 3 physical gods on the enemy team, but there are just way better choices. The physical power is meh, and so is the passive. The physical protection is good though and that's why you get it where there are 4+ physical gods on the enemy team. |
|
I think this is one of the best items in the game. Get this when there are 3 physical or magical gods on the enemy team. When you're above 50% health, you get 60(!) physical power. That's higher than ![]() ![]() |
|
This is the item that was just introduced, and it's very good. Get this when you're up against a 4+ magical team. When fully stacked it gives you 50 physical power, 50 magical protections and 15% CDR. It finished your CDR and is a very good item, but I prefer ![]() |
Mid Game
|
A very good penetration item. It's very straightforward and even gives some power. With
![]() |
You can also get this item. It's better than
![]() ![]() ![]() |
Late
|
Game
|
|
Usually an item for a tank, but if there are 4+ mages, it will make them do almost no damage to you! Since you're fairly squishy lategame, this will make you less squishy. Remember, only get this when there are 4+ gods with magical damage. |
|
This is the best defensive item in the game for non-tanks. It gives 65 physical and magical protections when fully stacked (that's more than ![]() |
|
Again, an item primarily for tanks, but when there are 4+ physical gods on the enemy team you need some extra physical defense. |
Magi's Blessing
|
Late Game
|
Magi's Blessing
|
A great defensive item, but not really needed. I'd only get this when you didn't buy
![]() |
If you did buy
![]() ![]() |
Auto Attack
|
Items
|
|
This is your penetration item. The extra 20% attack speed helps you utilise the lifesteal from ![]() |
|
Works really well with attack speed. In this build we don't focus on the power from ![]() ![]() |
|
So now you've got 30% crit chance which can lead up to 80% if you auto attack 5 times. This is not a lot. You get some crit chance which helps a lot. You also get a power boost which will increase basically everything. So you've got more crit chance and you crit more often, now with the passive of ![]() |
![]() |
Unbound Runes |
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
A good passive when utilized correctly. Always try to have this fully stacked when going into a fight so you get extra bonusses. I will discuss when and how to use every skill with full runes below. |

Unchained |
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
In my opinion, one of the best jumps in the game. It deals a lot of damage and gives a 1 second stun with 5 runes. Attack with this first, after your team has initiated. Otherwise the whole enemy team will focus you and you'll be dead very quickly. You can however, engage in a 3v3. As a matter of fact, I advise you to do that since it's very easy to isolate someone with the 1 second stun. Keep in mind that if you use this move, it's gonna be a lot harder to escape so keep an eye out for other enemies. Around level 11 you can use this for clearing and save ![]() ![]() |

Seething Howl |

A very good steroid, giving you huge amounts of lifesteal and power. Use this before you jump in with ![]() |

A great ultimate, but it's countered by beads. You can use this to set up kills by dragging an enemy into a friendly ultimate or just to drag the enemy under tower. Never grab a tank, unless you're sure you can kill him. He's tankiest and you shouldn't wast a lot of skills on him. With 5 runes, you get double protections. This isn't so useful late game as it is early game, since you're a lot squishier late game so pay attention to that. Don't be afraid to use it as an escape, as it provides CC immunity. |

StartIf the solo lane is on the right, start by soloing red buff. After that, meet your solo laner at mana buff. Watch out for invades! Then, go to lane until level 3 or 4. Then take the small harpy camps. If you have enough time to get speed buff before going to the mid camps, get speed buff. Gold Fury side If the solo lane is on the left, start by clearing the speed and mana camp. Then go to lane (tip: try and stand in the jungle when the wave is cleared, you'll get some MP5 from ![]() |

I agree.
Good Guide, but I hate when you publish guides, because it makes me feel inadequate about me guide crafting skills. (They are close to non-existing)
/\
p.s. Germany is going to beat Netherlands. Sorry.
That's cuz your guides suck. Jk <3 u
Thanks for the feedback though.
p.s. Germany is going to beat Netherlands. Sorry.
Germany is playing Agrentina bruh o.o. Netherlands will beat Brazil easy, will almost be as bad as Brazil vs Germany LMAO
... since Ancile is a new items and Smite has atrocious balance, I'm just going to assume that this build works...

y u no review my guide?
I sent him a PM :P
Okay, I've been obssessing over cover photos and such for the past week lol and no offense, your Fenrir picture looks kinda bad for a guide. The picture looks great (more for a wallpaper) but it doesn't "go with your guide." Actually, now that I notice it, you didn't credit him :3. This is the guy that did em and his gallery.

Here's one that hasn't been used in any guide (as far as I know) for Fenrir. It does look similar to the one that Kala-A painted which was in UnknownPandr's guide if I'm not mistaken (or DarkJaw) but it does work.

He does seem to have a passion for wolves, so you should be able to connect with him xD

EDIT: Found the perfect avi for you:
Didn't really think about crediting him :P Didn't do it in my previous guides either. I'll stick with how it is now, I kinda like it :P
I will credit him tho!

EDIT: Found the perfect avi for you:
Okay.
Build/Items: I've rarely seen and never played Bruiser Fen, so I can't really comment on this. However, since Ancile is a new items and Smite has atrocious balance, I'm just going to assume that this build works. However, I will probably comment on this guide once I tried the build.
Skills: Good explanations, but I think it's a little incomplete. For example, it's often possible to initiate a fight as Fenrir, especially with a bruiser build, either by stacking five runes and charging the enemy team while ulted, or by stunning most of their team and then ulting immediately for CC immunity. Stuff like that.
Same for the skill combos. You need to realize that hitting with the stun is incredibly important because otherwise, the enemy Scylla or Agni will just run away with their near-instant escapes.
Gameplay: Honestly, the only things useful here are the teamfights. The timed sections feel like generic advice, "farm and stay alive," etc. A dueling section or something like that would be better, or maybe a section on 5v5 teamfights, 2v2 teamfights, etc. Fenrir is literally Early Jungling: the God, and so I think you should go a bit more into depth into that.
For example, level 1 or two teamfights. Invasions. 2v2 fights at mid camps. Etc.
Overall: This guide has potential, but you could definitely put more work into it. I'm not gonna downvote, but I'm not going to upvote, either.

Thanks dude :)
I mainly play Fenrir in the Arena gamemode, but that build for him looks really neat and I might actually want to try that build in Conquest.. Nice job on making this guide, bud! :D
Thanks a lot :D
