This Build concentrates on Penetration bringing you to 40% max pen. With this build, you can split push more without engaging in team fights too much.
I go this build if I see the following:
- 1: A Hou Yi is on the enemy team
- 2: The enemy comp is tankier than squishy
There are more variables Then the 2 above that I mentioned, but those 2 are always going to be this pen build
Sell Boots to buy Elixir of Speed and get any Situational Item of your choice.
There are multiple starts you can go with Loki. This is just my personal favorite because Bluestone Pendant allows for much better wave clear. Especially with the new 8.4 update Bluestone Pendant got a buff from 10 to 15 Physical power.
Chalice of Healing is super usual and I use it throughout the whole game, with the addition of Multi Potions you are able to stay in lane much longer and get full boots.
Alternative starts could be:
Bloodforge If you are team fighting a lot and want increased survivability.
Brawler's Beat Stick If there is a lot of healing on the enemy team
Magi's Cloak If you are facing a lot of CC
Serrated Edge My personal Favourite - Just a good around stat item, if you need extra movement speed and Burst through the passive
The Crusher If you need a lot more burst through abilities
Arondight If you are facing other invisible gods like The Morrigan or Ao Kuang
The reason for maxing out the Vanish is because it's simply the most hard-hitting ability in Loki's kit. After that, you want to Prioritize Flurry Strike to increase speed in wave clear.
Please NOTE that the Leveling order for the Jungle build is different.

This rework is very bad in my opinion and I'm not surprised because High-rez has a bad reputation on their reworks
The main reason Low-rez was doing the rework in the first place was to make his jungling better, provide more teamfight potential, and steer away from split pushing. And they only achieved one of those 3 which is making his jungling better, obviously, he clears jungle camps much better than before but that's all. His 1 got Nerfed hard cause they added that laugh sound, his 2 is supposed to provide more teamfight/AOE damage but its the worst ability in his kit because no one is gonna stand in that circle for more than 2 seconds, and his blind isnt actually a blind. His 3 is toooo long and not even CC immune? If you're building crit, and thats fully online its better to abilty cancel the 3 into an auto attack, which says a lot about this ability - useless other than for jungle camps. Finally his Ult just takes too long.
This rework also made Loki a Bruiser warrior because of all the tick damage in his kit, he's technically only viable as a bruiser but I make him work full damage because he's only fun to play that way. But I refuse to play him bruiser and hope they revert this really bad rework.

Full damage loki is actually very viable - yes he is riskier to play that way but there's much more carry potential (which is evident if you take a look at my game history). And it obviously works if I got 3k MMR with loki only.
And picking Teleport is a personal preference, thats why I have relic options in my guide. I also mentioned in my guide that your relic choice should be match dependent on the enemy comp. I dont always go teleport, obviously, if there is a hades or fenrir for example I always go Beads.
Finally the reason behind maxing vanish has several benefits over maxing out flurry strike:
1. Maxing out the Vanish actually does a lot more damage to the enemy over flurry strike
2. You dont want to go past level 2 on your flurry strike because you full clear the minion wave with your 2-3 combo at level 2 flurry strike, so why level the flurry strike past that when vanish hits harder? Why waste points where you can put it somewhere else?
3. Maxing out vanish gives you more kill potential on ganks over in middle lane vs the flurry strike
Finally I'm assuming you prefer a bruiser/tank type loki build? A build like that works very well on loki as well, and I actually play loki Bruiser from time to time, but that's only if a enemy comp is fully countering me. I don't enjoy playing loki warrior because that's just very boring to play that way.
Overall I dont think there's anything wrong with my guide as it's proven to work in higher-level play.
Your 1 and 3 do about the same damage, with the difference being you only have to hit a basic for your 1 and have to channel for your 3. However, your 3 hits AoE and in a lot of scenarios you can hit both the wave and the laner with your 3. In a lot of scenarios you use your 1 as an escape or as a gap closer to be close enough to ult someone. I max my 2 2nd before my 1 because in later stages it clears waves alone and pokes hard.
You one shot the wave at any level with rank 1 of 2+3 with your build because you have very high power which you are not supposed to have
In jungle maxing your 1 is good in a lot of matchups because of its amazing gank potential. But in solo you're not a part of a gank as often as you are in jungle.
Your playstyle and build as I see it fits the old loki. Which I dearly love and miss. But Loki Solo is **** without defense. You can't do your damage without dying, you can't keep bluestone poking, you can't peel with your 2's damage migiation, you can't tank objectives and towers. the enemy team will have 2 tanks, yours will have 1. only for you to do more damage. while you can still 100-0 any squishy that has no aegis up with a build that only has Bluestone, Shifter's and Gladiator's Shield for damage. I looked up your ranked history and it all says it's Console games, if they are console-only games and not cross-play with PC, it's much harder to react to Loki or follow Loki while playing Console.
*Edit* Actually, would really like to see a gameplay vid, or some tips on how to get the most out of an aggressive solo build w/ combos, tips, etc.
And I've actually wanted to make some kind of gameplay vid, but I have zero editing skills and I play on console so I'm not sure how I'll record the gameplay, if any ideas come to mind do let me know!
But yeah, if you could make a chapter of gameplay tips to get the most out of your build type in the Solo lane, that would be great!
