Hey Friendly,

If the build you're suggesting is by order of purchase, then this build is definitely not suggested...but it's still probably not suggested anyway. When proposing builds, it's important not only to list the items, but also the order they should be built.

With your build, the more proper order would probably be something like Devourer's Gauntlet, Stormseeker, Dominance, Griffonwing, Demon Blade, Deathbringer. Probably?

But here are the issues with the build:
  • Neith is more of an ability-based assassin. Her popular items usually consist of Bluestone as starter/upgrade, Transcendence, Jotunn's Wrath, Fail-Not, Heartseeker, Titan's Bane, Brawler's Beat Stick, The Crusher, etc. That said, some do enjoy playing her with a more traditional ADC build, and so I won't knock that general concept if that's what you're going for.

  • While she does have an attack speed steroid, it's not a very strong one. I guess that can make a case for getting an item like Stormbringer, which can provide a huge chunk (eventually) of attack speed. But when you're doing that, you'll need to stack a lot, and depending on how long the match goes, another key item to prevent eventual overcap inefficiency of the 2.5 AS cap is Silverbranch Bow, but that's not present in your build.

  • Speaking further on Stormbringer, other hunters have much better stacking potential than Neith. Charybdis' attack chain is the best candidate to stack quickly, Ishtar's AOE basic could hit multiple enemies per basic, and other hunters' stronger AS steroids can stack quicker. IF I were to consider Storm for Neith, it would probably be as the solo AS item just to support some DPS later in a match, while still being able to use the rest of the build space to focus on pen and CDR for ability use. But I don't think she gets very good use out of it.

  • She gets a lot of functionality out of her ability damage, even if focusing on basics. You have 2 items that provide pen that can apply to abilities...the 10 flat from Storm, and the 10% from Demon (but only if you've crit an enemy god recently). That won't help your ult damage much, for example. Note that Dom's pen only applies to basic attacks. While you don't need to get something like Titan's Bane, when you have Stormseeker in the build, I would potentially argue that you don't need the AS from Dom and so could consider TB instead.

  • You probably also don't need Griffon. It's much better for certain gods like Xbal, Hachiman, and Ishtar. And again, 3 attack speed items including Storm when you don't have Silver is not ideal.

  • While Devoted Deathbringer is a good upgrade generally, you may also consider Malicious Deathbringer for the CDR, again because of Neith's ability use.

  • You probably don't have to include the elixirs in your builds...those are sort of given if you're at full build and have a lot of gold in your wallet (also Potion of Power).

  • No offense here, but why in the heck do you have Phantom Shell? Your default relics should always be Beads and Aegis. Phantom is a very specific, situational counter to enemy-created obstacles, e.g. Odin, Cabrakan, Ymir, Yemoja. Shell used to be a popular item in Duel against basic attackers (not sure if it still is), but I wouldn't default to it in most cases. Outside of Beads and Aegis, the next item I might consider for an ADC is Heavenly Wings.
