Nox is one of the Most Annoying mages ever, I love her just as much as I love Chang'e
Pros:
|
Cons:
. . . . |
Nox's candles gather energy from all abilities she uses. For every ability Nox casts a candle is lit. For every candle lit Nox gains +3% magical power. When Nox takes damage from an enemy god, one of her candles is blown out.
|
Nox extends her shadow, rooting and crippling a single enemy god in place and dealing damage over time. Nox must channel to maintain hold on the target, but may cancel this ability early. While channeling this ability Nox suffers no directional movement penalty.
Ability Type: Line Damage: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+20% of your Magical Power) Root Duration: 2s Range: 65 Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Cooldown: 10s |
Nox creates a void of darkness that silences all enemies within. After 2s it explodes, dealing damage.
Ability Type: Ground Target Damage: 90 / 160 / 230 / 300 / 370 (+100% of your Magical Power) Radius: 20 Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 Cooldown: 13s |
Nox unleashes a vortex of dark energy that explodes on contact with an enemy god, dealing damage to all enemies in range 20 and applying damage over time. Enemies hit are also weakened, dealing less damage for the duration.
Ability Type: Line Initial Damage: 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 (+75% of your Magical Power) Damage: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 (+5% of your Magical Power) every 1s for 5s Damage Reduction: 40% for 5s Range: 120 Cost: 100 Cooldown: 90 / 85 / 80 / 75 / 70s |
I won't be talking about all of the items because they are generic to a Mage and you will usually see them
Book of Thot
|
This item is very useful to pick off at the start because of it's Mana And MP Gain, You can stack it easily as Nox as well Using your Basic attacks to stop the minions and Then Using Siphon Darkness To Kill Them.
|
| [/tr]
This item is very Nice for a Supporty But Still Damage Oriented Build It Provides Enough support to protect Nox And Also Provides some other assets which are very useful for her.
| |
The Sweet Damage of Soul Reaver could be perfectly timed with your ult, The Damage you deal with your ult is high but adding soul reaver to it makes it very High,It's highly unlikely that the enemy will escape safely, How ever you do need Proper Timing for this.

Going to comment on a couple things in your build.
I would still not suggest Void Stone in most cases, for the reasons I stated above. With a support function in mind, her ability to silence ( Siphon Darkness), root and cripple ( Shadow Lock) is how she will best work as a teammate, because she just isn't a tank at heart. If you do consider protection items, I think Spirit Robe / Mantle of Discord are possibly your best bets.
I would consider skipping Book of Thoth, Bancroft's Talon, and Soul Reaver if you're playing a teamfight mode in a support role. Go for items that will help the group instead...so, instead of Bancroft, consider Pythagorem's Piece for the friendly aura. Things like that.
Here's a possible generic build I might consider for her (teamfight mode):
(FYI on the generic build, it was something I threw together on the fly...not sure how good it is...was looking in the end to max CDR (because she's nothing without her abilities), get a bit of protection in there to survive a bit of incoming damage, and still deal a good amount of damage overall...but don't know if it would work for everyone.
