Seems good at all.

She doesn't really need cooldown so consider replace this if you need a situational item. combine very well with her 1.

On-see-lay () is a bit later so I recommend swap it with in the order.

She doesen't need cooldown no, but it's not the worst thing ever. As there is already mystical mail in the build I would take Void Shield over breastplate.

Ancile is usually built earlier but having it late depends on the situation.

Definitely right about heartseeker and jotunns.

Ok. Not bad, but needs a little revision.

is pretty bad. Just skip the blessing all together in arena.

In your main build, you mention item order does not matter. Item order is actually pretty important. would be a better 2nd item, instead of because the early cooldown reduction allows you to use abilities more frequently. Replace the with . is not bad, but it is more for gods with weak wave clear (or who can use it for his passive).

Include and in your situational defense.

You can make and work, but they are not the best items for her. One more thing you can try is because she has some Auto Attack functionality.
