Decreased Total Physical Power on Evolved Soul Eater from 40 to 35 ) so not sure how attractive it is still as an option, as for Berserkers (better on AA hunters IMO).... it's an ok item but it lacks sustain compared to Asi, also chances are you're playing against a Mage ADC in Duo.
Buying this item for 20 power only is a very bad power spike, and bloodforge is much better on her anyway.
You basically would use that build if you don't care about the sustain from going Asi, but still want to go an AA-focused build path that will help your own autos do more damage to tanks though Kaldr doesen't benefit from Qins (pets don't proc item effects).
Generally you see lots of high level players building Power + Pen on Skadi (helps her burst as she's ability focused, and pure power/pen benefit Kaldr a lot as well as attack speed to some extent), not very often using Qins. But situationally Qins does have its use on her.
The second build, of which you're asking, is a more traditional Trans-based basic-attack focused build that is going to be strongest for consistent basic attack damage, along with strong function against tanks, due to the use of Qin's Sais, The Executioner, AND Titan's Bane.
what do you think about soul eater on skadi? Recently I am using it instead of transcendense and bloodforde so I can buy other OP physical damage items and it's pretty fun tbh.
Trans is a must on Skadi, and Bloodforge passive offers better survivability on Skadi than Soul Eater, plus works well with Heartseeker passive.
You absolutely could, and I do have it listed as an alternative item choice, as well as mention example builds with it below in this comment section: https://www.smitefire.com/smite/guide/skadi-conquest-builds-adc-mid-6-9-20040/comments?c=149720#comment-149720
But as to why Warrior Tabi? It does benefit each ability with the added extra power (and Skadi has pretty good ability damage), plus adds more power to take advantage of Heartseeker (Though when you have the fire giant buff and Potion of Physical Might, this may be less of a necessity, but by that point you've probably sold Warrior Tabi for Elixir of Speed and another item), and Kaldr inherits from 40% until up to 80% of Skadi's basic attack damage as you put points into Rune Of The Hunt, which lowers the necessity of needing attack speed (though Kaldr does inherit her attack speed, and certain situations may call for more attack speed in the build).

Also please note this build/builds was last updated patch 6.9, which I believe was the Persephone patch.
Well, yes that's if there is an opportunity for extended dps over a longer period, and yes it can be logical to swap Ninja Tabi for Odysseus' Bow lategame, though you don't have to. Skadi get's attack speed per level until level 20, which Kaldr also inherits. Odysseus' Bow is nice if you want extra structure/objective dps, or if you're facing against attack-speed reduction items or maybe if you're simply looking for good multi-target damage with the O-Bow procs in combination with Titan's Bane and your flat pen items.
if I remember correctly around 3rd item (including a near finished stacking item) ninja AA DPS will become higher, this is assuming no ability usage in which warrior also has an slight advantage.
So yeah the whole ninja vs warrior is an early game dps thing and playstyle as goign warrior while playing passively is not gonna help you then if you would have picked ninja
Warrior Tabi, Transcendence, The Crusher, Fail-Not, Titan's Bane, Odysseus' Bow, sell Warrior Tabi lategame for Elixir of Speed and Bloodforge.
Ninja Tabi, Transcendence, Brawler's Beat Stick, Fail-Not, The Executioner, Qin's Sais, sell Ninja Tabi lategame for Elixir of Speed and Asi.
Ninja Tabi, Transcendence, Brawler's Beat Stick, The Crusher, Titan's Bane, Fail-Not, sell Ninja Tabi lategame for Elixir of Speed and Odysseus' Bow.
Warrior Tabi, Transcendence, The Crusher, Fail-Not, Titan's Bane, Heartseeker, sell Warrior Tabi lategame for Elixir of Speed and Bloodforge.
To be honest though I don't see that much of a massive reason to get Fail-Not over something like Jotunn's Wrath on Skadi, after all the item did receive a slight nerf to the base crit, and while the crit when ulting is useful for yourself, Kaldr and teammates, Fail-Not is still an expensive item and lacks the flat pen that Jotunns offers. Also if you're behind in a match you don't want Fail-Not over Jotunn's Wrath.
You could also try something like: Ninja Tabi, Transcendence, Asi, The Executioner, Fail-Not, Deathbringer, sell Ninja Tabi lategame for Elixir of Speed and Wind Demon, but im not a massive fan of that build (expensive + crit isn't that great on Skadi vs Power + Pen due to Kaldr), though feel free to try it.
He builds Skadi like she's a physical mage, going full pen/power and not investing in attack speed at all. I don't agree with Brawler's every single match (even when the enemy team doesn't have healers/lifesteal), but to each their own.
Well, I'm not going to say that he's the best Skadi player in the world (since that's very subjective), but I believe he's the Top 1 Skadi player in the leaderbords and he really invested time in this goddess.
